WIPO China: Talent New Energy — Solid State Lithium Battery Empowers a Green Future

全球气候挑战日益严峻,加速迈向净零排放已成共识。然而,作为新能源产业核心的传统液态锂电池,受限于能量密度瓶颈、热失控风险及低温衰减等问题,已逼近物理极限,难以支撑电动汽车、低空经济及具身智能等前沿应用的爆发式增长。

In the face of increasingly urgent global climate challenges, accelerating the transition to a net-zero society has become a global consensus. However, conventional liquid lithium batteries are approaching their physical performance limits. Plagued by energy density bottlenecks, thermal runaway safety hazards, and low-temperature degradation, they struggle to support the explosive growth of advanced applications such as electric vehicles, the low-altitude economy, and embodied intelligence.


固态电池凭借卓越的安全性与综合性能,成为突破困局的关键。该技术不仅能在全生命周期内降低碳排放,还能降低电动汽车的使用与购置成本,为构建清洁低碳能源体系提供坚实支撑。

Solid-state batteries (SSBs), with their superior safety and outstanding overall performance, are emerging as the key to breaking this impasse. This technology can reduce carbon emissions throughout its life cycle while helping make electric vehicles more affordable, offering robust technical support for building a clean and low-carbon energy system.


高翔博士深耕该领域十余年,于 2018 年在中国创办重庆太蓝新能源有限公司(以下简称“太蓝新能源”),旨在重塑新能源电力格局。企业曾参与中国绿色科技 IP 战略加速营(IPMC)项目,借此完善了自身知识产权组合管理。

Having dedicated over a decade to research in this field, Dr. Xiang Gao founded Talent New Energy (TNE) in China in 2018, determined to reshape the new energy power landscape. They participated in the China Greentech IP Management Clinic, helping them to better manage their IP portfolio.

推动固态电池商业化落地

高翔博士曾在日本精细陶瓷中心、美国橡树岭国家实验室等机构开展深度研究,并参与丰田早期全固态电池研发项目。凭借十余年中、日、美顶尖科研机构与产业一线的复合经历,他洞察到行业痛点:固态电池性能虽优,却难以走出实验室。

Dr. Xiang Gao previously conducted in-depth research at institutions such as the Japan Fine Ceramics Center and Oak Ridge National Laboratory and participated in Toyota's early all-solid-state battery (ASSB) projects. With over a decade of experience across China, Japan, and the United States, he identified a common pain point: SSBs deliver outstanding performance yet have struggled to move beyond the laboratory.


亲历技术研发到产业化落地的重重阻碍后,高翔博士创办太蓝新能源,致力于将新技术转化为覆盖多场景的绿色能源产品,实现真正普及。

Driven by the challenges of industrialization, Dr. Xiang Gao founded TNE to transform this new technology into green energy for a wide range of scenarios, making it truly affordable.

固态电池的核心难题在于固态材料间的能量传导效率。若传导不畅,不仅影响性能,更阻碍规模化量产。为此,太蓝新能源坚持自主创新与自主产业化道路,攻克技术壁垒。

One of the biggest challenges in solid-state batteries is efficient energy transfer between solid materials. When inefficient, batteries perform poorly and are difficult to manufacture at scale. Committed to facilitating the use of this technology, TNE has set out on a path of independent innovation and industrialization.

新一代电池技术,提升能源利用效率

Next-gen battery technology for better energy efficiency

太蓝新能源打造了覆盖固态电池设计、制造全流程的成套技术,并获得专利保护,成功攻克大规模推广的技术壁垒。其自研电池在安全性与储能能力上均优于传统锂离子电池。2024 年,公司推出首款全固态锂金属电池,并与长安汽车联合发布全新固态电池技术,在提升性能的同时简化了结构设计。

Rather than focusing on a single component, TNE developed technologies covering the entire design and manufacturing process. Protected by patents, these innovations helped overcome technical barriers. As a result, TNE developed batteries that are safer and capable of storing more energy than conventional lithium-ion batteries. In 2024, the company introduced its first all-solid-state lithium-metal battery and jointly unveiled a new SSB technology with Changan Automobile to improve performance and simplify design.


面对市场需求,太蓝新能源采取双线并行战略:一方面推进固态电池量产,提升现有锂电池的安全与续航;另一方面持续投入下一代全固态电池技术研发。

In response to growing demand, TNE adopted a two-track strategy: commercializing SSBs to improve existing lithium batteries while continuing to invest in next-generation ASSB technologies.

固态动力电池即将掀起汽车行业变革

Solid-state EV batteries set to revolutionize the automotive industry

目前,太蓝新能源已在北京、重庆、安徽、湖北布局研发中心与产业化基地。其固态电池系列产品已应用于电动汽车、电摩、无人机、机器人及储能设备等领域。

TNE has established R&D centers and industrialization bases in Beijing, Chongqing, Anhui, and Hubei. Its SSB series has been deployed in diverse applications, including electric vehicles, electric motorcycles, drones, robotics, and energy storage.


2026 年 3 月,太蓝新能源与雅迪集团联合推出行业首款搭载量产半固态电池的高端电动摩托车,标志着固态电池技术在两轮车领域实现规模化落地。

In March 2026, TNE and Yadea Group jointly launched a high-end electric motorcycle equipped with a mass-produced semi-solid battery, marking the scaled application of the technology in the two-wheeler segment.

依托 IPMC 搭建全球知识产权布局体系

Building a global IP strategy with the IP Management Clinic's help

2024 年,太蓝新能源入选中国绿色科技 IP 战略加速营(IPMC),通过系统培训与一对一辅导,获得专家团队全方位支持,显著提速知识产权研发进程,将技术优势转化为稳固的 IP 壁垒。

In 2024, TNE joined the China Greentech IP Management Clinic (IPMC), participating in systematic training and one-on-one tutoring. With strong professional support, TNE accelerated its intellectual property development, turning technological advantages into solid IP barriers.


加入 IPMC 后,太蓝新能源全年新增专利申请 518 件,同比增幅 47.4%,围绕固态电池材料、工艺及核心技术完成了全方位布局。

After joining the IPMC, TNE filed 518 new patent applications, a year-on-year increase of 47.4%, forming a comprehensive IP layout for SSB materials, production processes, and core technologies.

在加速营指导下,太蓝新能源全面升级内部 IP 管理体系:建立严格分级的技术秘密管理制度,优化管理规章并设立专职岗位,搭建全流程风险防控体系,并将 IP 工作纳入绩效考核。

Under IPMC guidance, TNE fully upgraded its internal IP management system. It established a rigorous tiered management system for technical secrets, optimized regulations, set up dedicated roles, built a full-process risk control system, and included IP work in performance appraisals.


截至目前,太蓝新能源全球专利申请总量超 800 件,其中近 20 件为 PCT 国际专利申请。企业同步开展国际商标申请,并将海外自由实施(FTO)与合规审查纳入标准化流程。2023 年,其核心技术入选第 28 届联合国气候变化大会发布的 WIPO 绿色技术名录。

To date, TNE has filed over 800 patent applications worldwide, including nearly 20 PCT international applications. Inspired by the IPMC, TNE also carried out international trademark applications and integrated overseas FTO and IP compliance reviews into its management system. In 2023, TNE's technology was included in the WIPO GREEN Technology Book released at COP28.
