>>Key Responsibilities:

1. Enhance company brand image as a leading Knowledge Engineering Company.

2. Develop and provide technical solutions to customers, including bearing selection, application recommendations, and failure analysis through comprehensive bearing calculations and customer specification reviews.

3. Collaborate with the AE Manager and the Manufacturing Department within the Group to improve product quality and facilitate new product development.

4. Deliver technical presentations, training sessions, and seminars to both customers and internal team members.

5. Create and distribute application-focused promotional materials and technical presentations.

6. Organize and participate in sector-specific exhibitions and conferences as needed.

7. Coordinate design, prototype development, and testing activities.

8. Proactively participate in resolving technical issues related to field return parts.

9. When assigned to a project, work closely with project managers to ensure successful product launches.

>>Requirements:

1. A bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of practical experience, ideally within a multinational corporation.

3. Knowledge and experience in HDT gearbox, final drive, wheel-end and EV applications is preferred.

4. Strong skills in planning, coordination, and communication, along with exceptional interpersonal abilities and a solid team spirit.

5. Experience working in cross-functional teams and a highly organized working style.

6. Self-motivated, innovative, and customer-focused.

7. Fast learner with computer literacy.

8. Knowledge of bearings, proficiency in FEA, or project management skills are desirable.

9. Excellent command of both written and spoken English.

10. Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
