On July 16th, HMC held 2026 2nd Quarterly Communication to review the company Q2 performance, share the feedback from BoD and showcase the important project highlights. Then the 2025 Excellent Star Award Ceremony was held to recognize role models and unite staff for further progress.
7月16日，HMC 召开第二季度沟通会。在回顾季度绩效、传达董事会反馈的同时，分享重点项目亮点，并隆重举行年度 “卓越绩效之星” 颁奖典礼，表彰先进典范，凝聚奋进力量。
At the meeting, the GM and DGM first reviewed our performance indicators and conveyed the BoD's close attention to HMC's operation and full recognition of strong financial management and cost control. They required all employees to face the KPI status and ensure 200% focus on jobs, guaranteeing perfect quality and safety performance every time, thus achieving a steady end to performance in the second half of the year. Especially on the KPI of SAT reduction, everyone brainstormed and made great progress, which can be regarded as a great example of a mindset of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
会上，总经理与副总首先回顾了季度绩效指标，并传达了董事会对公司运营的高度关注及对强有力的财务管理和成本控制的充分肯定，要求全体员工正视KPI现状，并确保加倍集中精力工作，保证每一次质量和安全表现完美，从而实现下半年绩效的稳健收官。特别提到在降低标准工时这一绩效指标方面，大家集思广益，取得巨大进展，堪称持续改进与卓越运营的典范。
In addition, some highlights information on the on-going projects which are not so visible was shared to everyone. HMC is continuously strengthening operational management, developing risk resistance capabilities, and empowering sustainable development through multiple projects, including contract renegotiation, bids for new work packages, records management project, and establishing a MFT for export control.
此外，沟通会上还分享了HMC低知悉度重要项目亮点。HMC正通过推进合同谈判、新工作包拓展、文档记录管理项目、组建出口管制多职能团队等多个项目，持续强化运营管理，发展抵御风险能力，为可持续发展蓄势赋能。
At last, the 2025 Excellent Star Award Ceremony were presented. The GM and DGM awarded medals to 13 excellent employees in recognition of their proactive efforts and with sincere expectations for their future progress. This honor will unite all staff to strive for greater excellence.
