招募人数：
1、负责指定子分拨中心的日常入库、出库和库存运营；
2、协调中央枢纽与本地配送服务提供商（DSP）合作伙伴的干线（主干线）班次。
任职要求：
1、精通中文和英语；
2、优先考虑熟练掌握德语、法语中其一语言的候选人；
3、硬性要求为拥有欧盟/申根区域/瑞士的合法工作许可，能够长期/短期前往瑞士。
薪资与福利：
1、50k-80k人民币/月；

[Daily Hub Operations]
·Oversee all inbound parcel receipt operations: unloading, scanning, sortation verification, exception recording, and put-away
·Manage outbound operations: parcel allocation to DSP routes, loading verification, departure scanning, and documentation
·Ensure all parcels are scanned into Speedaf's system at every handling point with accurate timestamps, status codes, and exception records
·Maintain daily inventory accuracy: reconcile inbound manifests against system records, investigate and report discrepancies within 2 hours of discovery
·Ensure the hub operates within agreed opening hours and that all parcels achieve A-scan and route allocation before the daily cut-off time
[Linehaul & Trunk Route Coordination]
·Coordinate daily linehaul schedules with the central sortation hub and assigned 3PL trucking partners
·Manage inbound truck arrival windows, unloading sequences, and outbound truck loading plans
·Communicate volume forecasts and capacity requirements to the central hub and trucking partners on a daily basis
·Handle exceptions: delayed trucks, volume spikes, vehicle breakdowns, or weather-related disruptions — implement contingency plans and escalate to the national hub manager as required
·Maintain linehaul documentation including CMR waybills, truck manifests, and driver handover records
[DSP Coordination]
·Act as the operational point of contact for DSP partners collecting parcels from the sub-DC
·Ensure DSP drivers follow Speedaf's handover procedures: scan completion, parcel count verification, exception recording, and departure documentation
·Monitor DSP collection punctuality and flag repeated late collections or no-shows to the DSP Partnership Manager
·Support DSPs in end-of-day return handling: receive returned parcels, scan return status, record exception reasons, and update the system
[Inventory & Compliance]
·Maintain accurate records of all parcels in custody, including undelivered returns, held parcels, and damaged goods
·Conduct daily cycle counts and weekly full inventory reconciliations
·Ensure hub premises meet Speedaf's security, health and safety, and data protection standards
·Manage warehouse consumables inventory (labels, scanners, packaging materials) and coordinate procurement with the central operations team
·Ensure driver and vehicle compliance records for DSPs operating from your hub are current and filed
[Team Management]
·Supervise a team of 3–8 warehouse operatives (depending on volume phase)
·Plan daily staffing rosters in line with inbound volume forecasts and linehaul schedules
·Conduct daily briefings, on-the-job training, and performance reviews
·Maintain a positive, safety-first working culture
[Requirements]
·Interesting in warehouse operations, parcel hub management, or last-mile logistics in Switzerland
·Hands-on experience with WMS, TMS, or parcel tracking systems; ability to train others on system usage
·Understanding of Swiss linehaul and trunk route operations, including CMR documentation and 3PL coordination
·Knowledge of Swiss labour law, working time regulations (ArG), and warehouse health and safety requirements
·Strong organisational skills: able to manage multiple inbound/outbound streams simultaneously under time pressure
