国际仓储与物流联盟应邀访问乌拉圭驻华大使馆

2026 年 7 月 3 日，国际仓储与物流联盟（以下简称“国际仓联”）秘书长沈绍基一行应邀拜访乌拉圭驻华大使馆，受到公使衔参赞马丁·奥兰多（Martín Orlando）的热情接待。双方就建立国际仓联与乌拉圭物流协会的联系，以及推动框架下务实合作进行了深入交流。
On July 3, 2026, a delegation led by Mr. Shen Shaoji, Secretary General of the International Federation of Warehousing and Logistics (IFWL), paid an official visit to the Embassy of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay in China. The delegation was warmly received by Mr. Martín Orlando, Minister-Counsellor of the Embassy. Both sides held in-depth discussions on establishing cooperation between IFWL and the National Institute for Logistics (INALOG), as well as promoting practical collaboration under the IFWL framework.
聚焦四大战略方向，构建全球合作框架
会谈中，沈绍基秘书长系统阐述了国际仓联当前推进的四项核心工作：一是制定国际通用标准，统一仓库建设参数与服务规范，助力会员国提升运营管理水平；二是开展仓储设施与服务评价，推动结果在会员国间跨国共享与互认；三是建设国际仓储公共平台，实时发布企业基本信息及仓库租金、空置面积等动态数据，促进资源共享与业务协同；四是针对不同国家需求开展定制化合作，如近期协助哈萨克斯坦建设境外商品展销中心项目。
During the meeting, Mr. Shen Shaoji presented IFWL's four key initiatives: developing internationally recognized standards to harmonize warehouse design and service specifications; establishing an evaluation system for warehousing facilities with cross-border mutual recognition; building an international information platform for real-time data on rental rates and capacity to promote resource sharing; and executing customized projects tailored to specific national needs, exemplified by recent support for an overseas trade center in Kazakhstan.
沈绍基进一步表示，国际仓联 2026 年年会定于 9 月举办，将汇聚全球会员代表探讨标准推广、平台共建及跨国合作等议题。他诚挚邀请乌拉圭物流协会派代表出席，期望以此为契机开启双方正式合作，共同参与全球仓储物流行业的前沿对话。
Mr. Shen noted that the 2026 IFWL Annual Conference is scheduled for September, gathering global representatives to discuss standardization, platform development, and cross-border cooperation. He sincerely invited INALOG to attend, hoping the event would mark a strong starting point for formal cooperation and joint participation in global industry dialogue.
深化中乌经贸纽带，使馆愿发挥桥梁作用
马丁·奥兰多对国际仓联的战略方向给予高度认可。他指出，中国连续多年保持乌拉圭第一大贸易伙伴和出口市场地位，经贸合作是双边关系的重要支柱。今年 2 月乌拉圭总统访华期间，两国元首强调加强供应链与贸易便利化合作。奥兰多表示，乌拉圭物流协会与国际仓联的对接是对两国共识的有力响应。他明确表态，乌拉圭驻华使馆愿充分发挥“桥梁”与“协助者”作用，推动双方建立直接工作联系，并在签证申请、代表团互访等方面提供具体支持。
Mr. Martín Orlando highly commended IFWL's strategic initiatives. He highlighted that China has remained Uruguay's largest trading partner and export market for consecutive years, serving as a cornerstone of bilateral ties. Following the Uruguayan President's visit to China in February, both leaders emphasized strengthening supply chain cooperation and trade facilitation. Mr. Orlando affirmed that the engagement between INALOG and IFWL implements this consensus. He stated the Embassy is willing to act as a bridge to establish direct contacts between the organizations and provide support on visa applications and mutual visits.

奠定合作基石，拓展南美新版图
本次会谈为中乌两国仓储物流行业组织的后续合作奠定了坚实基础。国际仓联提出的“标准、评价、平台”三大战略方向，不仅为全球行业深度合作提供了清晰框架，也为包括乌拉圭在内的各国明确了参与路径。此次成果将有效促进双方在国际仓联框架下的务实合作，并为国际仓联进一步拓展与南美洲及其他发展中国家的合作提供有益借鉴。
This meeting laid a solid foundation for future cooperation between Chinese and Uruguayan warehousing and logistics organizations. IFWL's three strategic directions—standardization, evaluation mechanisms, and platform development—provide a clear framework for global cooperation and specific pathways for countries like Uruguay to engage. The outcomes will advance practical collaboration under the IFWL framework and offer valuable insights for expanding cooperation with South America and other developing regions.
