His story reveals the warmth of AISSU's personalized approach, the dedication of its teaching team, and the strength of its quality instruction and university counseling services.
频繁转学的经历，曾让戚希耀缺乏稳定的校园归属感。2022年，他入读深大师院国际高中，这也是他最后一次转学。温暖的校园氛围、融洽的同学关系、负责的师生团队，让他彻底结束辗转求学的状态，真正扎根校园、安心成长。
Frequent school transfers had left Albert without a stable sense of belonging. In 2022, he enrolled at AISSU – his final move. The warm campus atmosphere, supportive classmates, and dedicated teachers helped him finally settle down, put down roots, and focus on his growth.

In Albert's view, AISSU's detailed, structured approach to student development was key to his steady progress. "At school, I gradually developed self-disciplined study habits and a balanced daily routine," he says. In his daily studies, teachers were always available to answer questions and clarify difficult concepts, making his learning journey both efficient and solid.
AISSU鼓励学生多元发展、全面成长，不局限于单一学术成绩。在校期间，戚希耀积极参与学生会工作，作为副主席，他曾参与组织各类校园大型活动，如慈善义卖、“晴晴言语”公益等特色活动，负责统筹人员安排、对接内外沟通、落地活动细节，在实践中锻炼出扎实的沟通能力与责任意识，也学会了换位思考与共情包容。
AISSU encourages students to grow in multiple dimensions – not just through academics. During his time at school, Albert actively participated in the Student Council. As Vice President, he helped organize large campus events such as charity sales and the "Qingqing Speech" public welfare initiative. He was responsible for coordinating personnel, handling internal and external communications, and managing event logistics – all of which strengthened his communication skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to empathize with others.

课余生活中，他始终坚持热爱、丰富自我。作为羽毛球爱好者，他长期坚持训练，和队友一起拿下校园羽毛球男双冠军。同时，他还积极探索兴趣领域，参与航空社活动，自主创办健康主题社团，通过趣味科普、公益互动传递健康理念，为此他还主动参与专业急救培训，考取AHA急救资格证，不断拓宽自身能力边界。
Outside of class, Albert kept pursuing his passions. A devoted badminton player, he trained consistently and won the campus men's doubles championship with his teammate. He also explored other interests – joining the Aviation Club and founding a health-focused student club, where he shared wellness knowledge through fun science activities and public welfare events. To deepen his expertise, he even took professional first-aid training and earned his AHA certification, constantly expanding his skill set.

When asked about his personal growth philosophy, Albert summed it up as "chill but committed." He maintains a healthy balance between work and rest – giving his full focus when it's time to study, and letting go when it's time to relax. With a stable mindset, he handles academic pressure without burning out, steadily moving forward.
回望高中岁月，自习室的并肩奋斗、球场的肆意挥洒、师生的暖心相伴，构成了他最珍贵的青春记忆。对于未来，他已有了清晰规划，“以学业为核心夯实专业基础，利用课余时间考取滑雪教练证书、参与社会实践”，持续丰富人生阅历、突破自我边界。
Looking back on his high school years, Albert treasures the shared moments in the study room, the energy on the badminton court, and the warmth of friendships with teachers and classmates – all of which form his most precious memories. For the future, he has a clear plan: "Focus on academics to build a strong professional foundation, and use my free time to earn a ski instructor certificate and take part in social practice." He's determined to keep enriching his life experiences and pushing his own boundaries.
