中农合规FeedChina消息，农业农村部本次共批准433种饲料和饲料添加剂产品在我国首次申请登记、续展登记或变更登记，其中猫配合饲料77种，犬配合饲料66种，猫用宠物添加剂预混合饲料2种，犬用宠物添加剂预混合饲料9种，猫犬共用宠物添加剂预混合饲料49种。小动物：鹦鹉配合饲料27种，啮齿动物13种，兔配合饲料6种，观赏鱼配合饲料3种，龟配合饲料1种。

根据《进口饲料和饲料添加剂登记管理办法》有关规定，批准吉亚瓦新加坡私人有限公司等162家公司生产的433种饲料和饲料添加剂产品在我国首次申请登记、续展登记或变更登记（见附件1、2）。
其中，荷兰安泰动康有限公司生产的“迪杰能”产品因适用范围改变，德国德彩股份有限责任公司生产的“德彩金鱼金装饲料”产品、法国意得拿生产加工有限公司生产的“维尔丹”产品、巴西百源公司生产的“爱特蒙”产品、荷兰希尔斯公司生产的“优乳优”、“优乳益”、“优乳代”、“牛益乳”、“羊益乳”、“猪奶优”产品、玛氏奥地利有限公司生产的“皇家成犬减肥全价处方湿粮”、“皇家成犬肾脏全价处方湿粮”、“皇家成猫肾脏全价处方湿粮”产品因质量标准改变，美国艾普克纳特帕克宠物公司生产的“Caru®经典鸡肉配方猫粮”、“Caru®经典鸡肉蟹配方猫粮”、“Caru®经典野生狭鳕火鸡肉配方猫粮”、“Caru®经典火鸡肉配方猫粮”产品因配方改变，重新颁发进口登记证，原进口登记证“（2024）外饲准字010号”、“（2021）外饲准字520号”、“（2025）外饲准字798号”、“（2025）外饲准字027号”、“（2024）外饲准字518号”、“（2023）外饲准字232号”、“（2024）外饲准字512号”、“（2025）外饲准字1041号”、“（2024）外饲准字1158号”、“（2024）外饲准字519号”、“（2021）外饲准字882号”、“（2021）外饲准字883号”、“（2021）外饲准字692号”、“（2023）外饲准字300号”、“（2023）外饲准字301号”、“（2023）外饲准字302号”、“（2023）外饲准字303号”作废。法国Vitalac公司等3家公司生产的4个产品因商品名称、申请企业名称、生产厂家名称变更，换发进口登记证，原进口登记证号不变。
上述产品的监督检验，按中华人民共和国国家标准和农业农村部发布的质量标准执行。

MARA Import Feed and Feed Additives License New Registration, Renew and Alter Publication Number: 1041

Accordance with the Administrative Measures on the Registration of Imported Feed and Feed Additives relevant provisions approveGIIAVA SINGAPORE PTE. LIMITED, Singapore etc.,there are 162 companies obtained the 433 products of Import Feed Licenses for new registration, renewal or alteration ( see attachment 1 & 2 ) .
Among them, approve re-issuance of import registration certificates of companies such as Animal Health Concepts B.V., the Netherlands, due to changes in the scope of product application etc., the original import registration certificates are voided. Approve 4 products alteration of 3 companies including Vitalac, France, in product name, applicant company name, manufacturer name, replace the import registration certificates, and keep the original import registration certificate number unchanged.
The supervision and inspection of the above products shall be carried out in accordance with the national standards of the People's Republic of China and the quality standards promulgated by the MARA.
