Recently, a delegation of top Malaysian Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and mainstream media representatives visited the TCL Air Conditioner Smart Manufacturing Base in Guangzhou. They experienced the facility's AI-powered manufacturing capabilities, zero-carbon operational principles, and full-scenario smart ecosystem firsthand, witnessing TCL Air Conditioner’s world-class smart manufacturing expertise.

During the event, a 50-member delegation—led by top influencer Uncle Siang as the core key opinion leader—comprehensively witnessed TCL AC's deep expertise in AI automated production, rigorous quality control, and cutting-edge green, smart technologies. The visit further strengthened the Malaysian market's awareness of and confidence in TCL AC’s brand and product capabilities.



TCL空调广州智能制造基地,总投资近20亿元、占地303亩,园区拥有3座全球顶级全柔性黑灯工厂、15个先进实验室、10条智能产线及超高配比的工业机器人协同,依托超高数据算力、超多轴机器自动化、超强AI智能体协同平台,年产能达800万套。

Spanning 303 mu (approx. 202,000 m²) with a total investment of nearly RMB 2 billion, the TCL Air Conditioner Guangzhou Smart Manufacturing Base features three world-class fully flexible “Light-out”factories, 15 advanced laboratories, 10 smart production lines, and high-density industrial robotic automation. Powered by massive computing capacity, multi-axis robotics, and an AI agent collaborative platform, the base delivers an annual capacity of 8 million units.


走进TCL空调广州智能制造基地,全球领先的超算驱动生产线正以“每7秒下线一台空调”的节律高效运转。该生产线依托算力达每秒3亿亿次的AI数据超算中心,可高效承接工厂1.7万个IoT传感器的全域数据采集,满足2000余个AI智能体的实时计算需求。

Within the facility, a world-leading supercomputing-driven production line operates at a cadence of “One Air Conditioner Every 7 Seconds” Driven by an AI supercomputing center capable of 30 quadrillion operations per second, the system processes real-time data collection from over 17,000 IoT sensors across the facility, supporting real-time calculations for over 2,000 AI agents.



此外,TCL空调广州智能制造基地还拥有全球唯一AI赋能智能超高精度热交换器生产线,通过AI算法打造全球唯一的两器冲穿胀一个流全机器臂自动化、全智能化生产线,人效提升41.7%。3座全球顶级全柔性黑灯工厂实现两器、配管、注塑三大工厂24小时黑灯生产,构建起自感知、自决策、自调度的AI全域管控的全流程无人化运营体系,成为空调核心部件制造的全球智能化标杆产线。

Furthermore, the base houses the world’s only AI-enabled ultra-high-precision heat exchanger production line. Powered by AI algorithms and robotic arms, it achieves a fully automated "one-piece flow" covering fin-stamping, tube-inserting, and tube-expanding, boosting human efficiency by 41.7%. Additionally, three “Light-out” factories—dedicated to heat exchangers, piping, and injection molding—operate autonomously 24/7. Fully managed by AI for self-perception, self-decision-making, and self-scheduling, this unmanned operational system sets a global benchmark for smart core component manufacturing.



园区实现5万平方米光伏全覆盖与等效规模储能,通过AI算法实现能源与资源的全域智能调配,年发电量达698.35万度,等效节约标准煤2081吨。配套废气智能环保净化技术,依托全域数智化管控,实现近零固废、近零废气、近零水资源浪费,全面构建空调行业AI赋能的零碳生产体系。

The base also emphasizes green manufacturing, featuring 50,000 square meters of photovoltaic solar coverage paired with equivalent energy storage. Managed via AI energy-allocation algorithms, the system generates 6.9835 million kWh of electricity annually, saving the equivalent of 2,081 metric tons of standard coal. Combined with intelligent exhaust gas purification and end-to-end digital management, the park achieves near-zero solid waste, near-zero gas emissions, and near-zero water waste—establishing an AI-driven, zero-carbon production system for the HVAC industry.

Through innovative fresh air health technology and AI energy efficiency, TCL creates a green, smart, and healthy indoor environment.

During the event, delegates observed a product teardown of the TCL FreshIN 3.0 fresh air AC, gaining a direct view of the underlying engineering behind its fresh air performance. The teardown highlighted the Quadruple Noise Reduction System—composed of fresh air flow-resistance reduction, micro-porous sound attenuation, fan noise reduction, and airflow stabilization. This system achieves an industry-leading ultra-quiet operation of 16 dB(A) alongside a fresh air volume of 30 m³/h. Delegates also examined the built-in TVOC air sensor, which evaluates indoor air quality in real time and provides visual feedback via color-coded fresh air indicator lights.

In the technical laboratory, the delegation experienced FreshIN 3.0’s offline voice control. Featuring sound source localization and continuous conversation processing, the unit intelligently directs airflow ("Follow Me" or "Avoid Me" mode) for hands-free interaction. Designed for Malaysian residential layouts that require wide-area coverage, FreshIN 3.0 delivers a long-distance airflow reach of up to 10 meters, matching local consumer preferences.


在舒适性环境实验室中,实验室模拟的超低温雪景体验,更是直观地向代表团展示了TCL空调在极端恶劣环境下依然能够保持稳定、高效运行的卓越产品实力。

In the environmental comfort laboratory, a simulated ultra-low temperature snowfall demonstration showcased the unit's operational stability and cooling efficiency under extreme environmental conditions.
