You must file this return within 42 days of your company's incorporation anniversary. A filing fee of HKD 105 applies when submitted on time.
Second, you must renew your Business Registration Certificate with the Inland Revenue Department. This is your company's primary operating license, valid for one year, and must be renewed before expiry. As of 2025, the renewal fee is HKD 2,200 per year.
The annual compliance process involves several steps: prepare required documents including company registration papers, director and shareholder identification, and any change records from the past year. Complete government forms accurately, pay government fees, and submit everything before statutory deadlines. You must also maintain a valid registered address and company secretary throughout the year.
