Yinghe Law Firm has entered into a cooperation memorandum with Mongolia-based Nomadix Business Law Firm, as part of its efforts to expand its international legal service network and strengthen cross-border service coverage across Northeast Asia.
Headquartered in Ulaanbaatar, Nomadix Business Law Firm is a local commercial law firm with a multilingual legal team. It supports cross-border business activities and serves international clients operating in Mongolia.
The firm’s practice covers investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, regulatory compliance, commercial dispute resolution, infrastructure and public procurement. It provides full-range localized legal services for Chinese enterprises investing and trading in Mongolia.
Nomadix holds official registration for capital market legal services in Mongolia. Its partners have received multiple professional awards from the Mongolian Ministry of Justice. In 2025, the firm was named “Top Law Firm of the Year” by the Mongolian Bar Association, the country’s national legal industry association.
Under the new cooperation arrangement, the two firms will collaborate on China-Mongolia cross-border trade, outbound investment, corporate compliance and risk management, as well as cross-border dispute resolution. Both sides will offer complementary local legal support to each other’s client groups.
The new partnership supports Yinghe Law Firm’s ongoing global expansion. It broadens the firm’s foreign-related service footprint in Northeast Asia, optimizes its China-Mongolia cross-border service framework, and delivers more tailored transnational legal support for bilateral businesses.
