This Zone 2 run will take in 6 km from F45 Jing’an Studio to fumi coffee where all participants can relax and reflect on the 4 phases of P-A-C-E whilst enjoying a 10% discount on your coffee.
心率回到Zone 2，全长6公里，起点设在F45静安店，终点为同在陕康里的fumi咖啡店。完成跑步后，大家不仅可以边享用咖啡边放松身心、回顾P-A-C-E之旅，还能获得九折优惠。
