BUILDING 2.0 is coming to an end. We would like to celebrate this second round with a Physical Fitness Test (PFT), adapted to our HYROX BUILDING Program system.

Under "Book", select 'Sat' & "Jing'an Studio", "Book" your time slot: 14:00, 14:05, 14:10, 14:15….etc
Complete the fitness test AS FAST AS YOU CAN within 45 minutes
Get a personalized HYROX SOLO RACE FINISH TIME PREDICTION to work towards the next training cycle

Before the Test we are excited to introduce the LP Workshop which provides individual 360 degree performance and protection for athletes at all levels. All are welcome to learn and experience, so bring a friend.

There will be a demonstration of how to use to the kinesiology tape - if you would like to practice it then please wear shorts and no lotions/sunblock etc.
