Per this documented rule, all sales generated exclusively during Prime Day large-scale promotional events are explicitly excluded from typical/reference price calculation. Over the past 90 days, we have never sold this item at $85.49 in regular daily sales; this price was only temporarily set for Prime Day promotion. Our consistent everyday selling price is $89.99.
We acknowledge Prime Day deal eligibility requires checking the lowest sale price within 60 days, but there exists an obvious policy conflict here: the system is improperly including a Prime-Day-only promotional price as the historical lowest price to cap our maximum deal threshold, which contradicts the official stipulation that Prime Day transaction prices shall not be counted as regular historical pricing benchmark.
Our deal was fully reviewed and pre-approved by Amazon in advance, and we never manually modified listing price or deal discount after confirmation.
