From June 23 to 29, the 2026 WorldSkills Australia Global Skills Challenge was held in Wollongong. Organized by TAFE NSW, the event attracted over 600 skilled competitors globally, alongside industry experts and technical officials.

Representing China in the Heavy Vehicle Technology category, the LiuGong-sponsored competitor claimed the championship through outstanding expertise. This achievement highlights the high standards of China's skilled professionals and the strength of its construction equipment industry in talent development.
硬核考核脱颖而出
本届赛事全面对标世界技能大赛标准，重点考察故障诊断、液压系统、电气系统及机械装配等综合能力。面对高强度实操考核，中国选手凭借出色的技术能力和规范的操作流程脱颖而出，最终以总成绩第一摘得桂冠。
Aligned with WorldSkills Competition standards, the event assessed capabilities in fault diagnosis, hydraulic and electrical systems, and mechanical assembly. Demonstrating exceptional proficiency and precision, the Chinese competitor secured first place overall.
