巴基斯坦 K-Solar 太阳能私人有限公司与中国清洁能源龙头企业明阳智慧能源集团股份公司签署战略谅解备忘录，双方将合作开发风电项目、电池储能系统，并搭建本土化生产体系，助力巴基斯坦推进可持续能源转型。
此次合作，是中巴两国在绿色技术与可再生能源产业领域深化合作的又一重要里程碑。
K-Solar 为卡拉奇电力公司（K-Electric）投资平台 KE 创投公司的全资子公司。该企业于周四下午表示，本次合作将把明阳集团享誉全球的风电、储能技术引入巴基斯坦商用、工业及公用电力领域。
根据合作协议，两家企业将联合开展风电项目、电池储能系统（BESS）的市场推广、设备供应与项目融资工作，同时探讨在巴基斯坦本土建设电池组装工厂。
规划中的这座生产基地，将提升本国工业制造能力，降低巴基斯坦对进口能源设备的依赖。
双方计划在未来数周内敲定完整合作框架协议，落地本次战略合作。
K-Solar 董事长穆罕默德·阿米尔·加齐亚尼表示，风电凭借电价优势与环保属性，正逐步成为巴基斯坦电力供应体系的核心支柱。
他提出，电池储能系统对稳定国家电网、解决可再生能源发电间歇性问题、提升清洁能源发电效率将起到愈发关键的作用。
公司首席执行官哈希姆·拉扎称，巴基斯坦的能源转型，需要融合海外先进技术、本土资金与国内落地执行能力。
他表示，全球风机与储能设备价格持续下行，为大规模推广可再生能源创造了前所未有的机遇。
哈希姆·拉扎表示，本次与中国企业的合作，将让 K-Solar 把握巴基斯坦不断扩容的清洁能源市场，同时助力本国实现气候目标与能源安全战略。
他补充道，明阳集团计划向巴方供应先进风力发电机组、储能设备、电气配套装置及配套软件，同时通过后续落地组装工厂，推动能源装备本土化生产。
K-Solar (Private) Limited signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding with Chinese clean energy giant Mingyang Smart Energy Group Limited to jointly develop wind power projects, battery energy storage systems and local manufacturing capabilities aimed at supporting Pakistan's transition towards sustainable energy.
The agreement marks another milestone in expanding Pakistan-China cooperation in green technologies and renewable energy industries.
K-Solar, a wholly owned subsidiary of K-Electric's investment arm KE Ventures Company, said on Thursday afternoon that the partnership would introduce Mingyang's globally recognized wind energy and battery storage technologies to Pakistan's commercial, industrial and utility sectors.
Under the agreement, both companies will jointly market, supply and finance wind power projects and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), while simultaneously exploring the establishment of a battery assembly plant in Pakistan.
The proposed manufacturing facility is expected to strengthen domestic industrial capabilities while reducing dependence on imported energy equipment.
The companies are expected to finalize a comprehensive framework agreement in the coming weeks to operationalize the partnership.
K-Solar Chairman Muhammad Aamir Ghaziani said wind energy was emerging as a key pillar of Pakistan's evolving electricity mix due to its competitive tariffs and environmental sustainability.
He observed that battery energy storage systems would play an increasingly critical role in stabilizing the national electricity grid, managing renewable energy intermittency and maximizing the efficiency of clean power generation.
Chief Executive Officer Hashim Raza said Pakistan's energy transition required the combination of international technology, local financing and domestic execution capabilities.
He noted that declining global prices for wind turbines and battery storage technologies had created unprecedented opportunities for renewable energy deployment.
Hashim Raza said the partnership with the Chinese company positioned K-Solar to capitalize on Pakistan's expanding market for renewable energy solutions while supporting national climate and energy security objectives.
He added that the Chinese company intended to supply advanced wind turbines, battery storage technologies, electrical equipment and software while supporting the localization of manufacturing through future assembly facilities.

巴基斯坦副总理兼外交部长穆罕默德·伊沙克·达尔于周三下午表示，中巴两国依托中巴经济走廊（CPEC）2.0 开启了战略伙伴关系新篇章，下一阶段合作将重点围绕工业化、农业、信息技术、矿产资源开发及人力资源培育展开。
当日，中国驻伊斯兰堡大使馆举办庆祝中国共产党成立 105 周年招待会，达尔出席并发表讲话。他重申，巴基斯坦将坚定不移维护与中国全天候战略合作伙伴关系，称中巴友谊是巴基斯坦外交政策与国家发展规划的基石。
达尔向中国领导层与中国人民送上祝贺，高度肯定中国共产党带领中国实现经济转型、科技突破与脱贫攻坚的非凡历程，评价中国的发展崛起是近代史上最伟大的发展成就之一。
他表示，在中国共产党高瞻远瞩的领导下，中国成长为全球第二大经济体，实现数亿人口脱贫致富。达尔指出，中国发展模式不仅改善本国民生，更秉持共同发展理念、践行人类命运共同体愿景，为世界经济增长作出巨大贡献。
谈及历久弥坚的中巴友谊，达尔表示，两国情谊历经数代人持续深化，在巴基斯坦国内拥有广泛政治共识。在主权、领土完整及各国核心利益相关议题上，中巴始终相互坚定支持，这份深厚关系成为地区稳定、战略互信与经济合作的坚实根基。
达尔称，2015 年中巴经济走廊正式落地，是双边关系的历史性转折点。这项共建“一带一路”的旗舰项目投资规模达数百亿美元，从根本上重塑了巴基斯坦经济格局：帮助该国解决长期电力短缺难题、完成交通基础设施现代化、完善互联互通网络，并为欠发达地区创造了数以万计就业岗位。
展望未来，达尔表示中巴经济走廊 2.0 阶段将聚焦高质量发展与经济现代化建设。新阶段将拓展工业化、经济特区、现代农业、数字技术、矿产勘探开发、技能人才培养等领域合作，充分释放巴基斯坦经济发展潜力。
他解释，走廊下一阶段合作规划与巴基斯坦本国"5E 发展框架”高度契合，该框架五大核心方向为：扩大出口、数字巴基斯坦、能源基建、环境气候韧性、公平发展与民生赋能。

达尔同时强调中国共产党与巴基斯坦各政党开展政治交往的重要意义，常态化政党交流增进了双方相互理解、分享治国理政经验，进一步拉近两国民众往来。

达尔回忆，他于 5 月 24 日赴北京出席中共中央对外联络部主办的中巴建交 75 周年纪念活动，并作为主宾参会，他称这场活动再次印证中巴牢不可破的铁瓷友谊。

Pakistan and China are embarking on a new chapter of their strategic partnership under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) 2.0, with the next phase of cooperation set to prioritise industrialisation, agriculture, information technology, mining, minerals and human resource development, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar said on Wednesday afternoon,
Speaking at a reception hosted by the Chinese Embassy in Islamabad to commemorate the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC), Dar reaffirmed Pakistan's unwavering commitment to its All-Weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership with China, describing the relationship as the cornerstone of Pakistan's foreign policy and national development agenda.
Extending congratulations to the Chinese leadership and people, the deputy prime minister paid tribute to the CPC for steering China through an extraordinary journey of economic transformation, technological advancement and poverty alleviation, calling China's rise one of the greatest development success stories in modern history.
He said the CPC's visionary leadership had transformed China into the world's second-largest economy while lifting hundreds of millions of people out of poverty. According to Dar, China's development model has not only improved the lives of its own citizens but has also made significant contributions to global economic growth through the principles of shared development and the vision of building a community with a shared future for mankind.
Highlighting the enduring Pakistan-China friendship, Dar said bilateral relations had continued to deepen over successive generations and enjoyed broad-based political consensus across Pakistan. He said the two countries had consistently stood by each other on issues concerning sovereignty, territorial integrity and core national interests, making the relationship a source of regional stability, strategic trust and economic cooperation.
The deputy prime minister described the launch of CPEC in 2015 as a historic turning point in bilateral ties. He said the multi-billion-dollar flagship project of China's Belt and Road Initiative had fundamentally transformed Pakistan's economic landscape by helping overcome chronic energy shortages, modernising the country's transport infrastructure, expanding connectivity and creating thousands of employment opportunities, particularly in underdeveloped regions.
Looking ahead, Dar said CPEC Phase 2.0 would focus on high-quality development and economic modernisation. The new phase, he noted, would expand cooperation in industrialisation, special economic zones, modern agriculture, digital technology, mining, mineral development and skills enhancement to unlock Pakistan's economic potential.
He explained that the next stage of CPEC closely aligns with Pakistan's national 5Es Framework, which emphasises exports, e-Pakistan, energy and infrastructure, environment and climate resilience, and equity and empowerment.
"This new phase of CPEC will inject fresh momentum into Pakistan's economic transformation while creating greater opportunities for investment, innovation, technology transfer and sustainable growth for both Pakistan and China,"Dar said.
He expressed confidence that enhanced cooperation under CPEC 2.0 would further strengthen the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor while advancing the vision of building a China-Pakistan Community with a Shared Future in the New Era.
Dar also highlighted the importance of political engagement between the CPC and Pakistan's political parties, saying regular exchanges had strengthened mutual understanding, facilitated the sharing of governance experiences and further enhanced people-to-people contacts.
He noted that successive Pakistani governments, regardless of political affiliation, had consistently accorded the highest priority to relations with China, reflecting the strategic depth and enduring nature of bilateral ties.
Referring to his recent visit to Beijing on May 24, Dar recalled attending as chief guest a ceremony organised by the International Department of the CPC to commemorate the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and China, describing it as another testament to the iron-clad friendship between the two countries.
Reaffirming Islamabad's commitment to regional peace and international stability, Dar said Pakistan and China would continue coordinating closely on bilateral, regional and global issues while promoting peace, sustainable development and shared prosperity.

巴基斯坦证券交易委员会（SECP）数据显示，2025-2026 财年巴基斯坦新增注册企业达 43559 家，刷新历史纪录；全国在册企业总量由此增至 301615 家。
巴证券交易委员会表示，企业注册数量较上一财年增长 24%，体现出本国工商产业强劲的发展势头。
仅 6 月单月，就有 4323 家新企业完成注册，创下月度注册量历史峰值。
本财年公有制企业注册数量同比上涨 25%。
分省份数据来看：旁遮普省新增注册企业数量居全国首位，达 22364 家；信德省以 6691 家紧随其后；开伯尔 - 普赫图赫瓦省新增 3820 家。
吉尔吉特 - 巴尔蒂斯坦地区新增注册企业 1585 家，同比增幅 65%，为全国区域增速第一。
俾路支省新增企业 759 家，较上一财年增长 36%。
行业分布方面，贸易行业新注册企业占全部新增企业总量的 41%，占比最高。
2025-2026 财年内，外国投资者共新设企业 1014 家，实缴注册资本合计 25 亿卢比。
巴证券交易委员会称，外资投资主要集中在贸易、采矿及信息技术行业，其中来自中国的投资者注册企业数量位居各国首位。
委员会补充，美国、英国、德国、加拿大、西班牙投资者也均在巴基斯坦设立了企业。
A record 43,559 new companies were registered in Pakistan during fiscal year 2025–26.
The new number takes the country's total number of registered companies to 301,615, according to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
The SECP said company registrations increased by 24 percent compared to the previous fiscal year, reflecting strong growth in Pakistan's corporate sector.
In June alone, 4,323 new companies were registered—the highest number ever recorded in a single month.
Registrations of public sector companies also rose by 25 percent during the fiscal year.
Province-wise, Punjab led with 22,364 new company registrations, followed by Sindh with 6,691 and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with 3,820.
Meanwhile, Gilgit-Baltistan recorded the highest regional growth, with 1,585 companies registered, marking a 65 percent increase.
Balochistan registered 759 new companies, up 36 percent from the previous year.
The trading sector accounted for the largest share of new registrations, with 41 percent of all newly incorporated companies.
Meanwhile, 1,014 companies were registered by foreign investors during FY2025–26, with a combined paid-up capital of Rs2.5 billion.
Foreign investors were most active in the trading, the SECP said, mining and information technology sectors, while investors from China registered the highest number of companies.
Investors from the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Canada and Spain also incorporated companies in Pakistan, the SECP added.
