About the Role
We are seeking a high-impact sales professional with deep expertise in the China affiliate ecosystem to take full ownership of publisher acquisition and partnerships. This role is critical to scaling supply for SitePlug by identifying, onboarding, and growing strategic publisher relationships across China.
The ideal candidate brings a strong network within China-based affiliate publishers, a proven track record of closing high-value deals, and a nuanced understanding of performance-driven monetization models.

Operating at the bottom of the funnel, SitePlug engages users who are actively searching, comparing, or ready to transact. Through a combination of search, content, and a robust publisher network, it seamlessly connects users to brand destinations—driving higher conversions and maximizing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive publisher acquisition strategy in China, with a focus on affiliate-driven partnerships
Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality publishers aligned with Affinity’s monetization solutions
Leverage existing relationships within the China affiliate network ecosystem to unlock high-value opportunities
Negotiate and close complex commercial agreements across CPC, CPA, CPI, and revenue-share models
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline; consistently forecast and deliver on revenue targets
Partner closely with Publisher Success teams to ensure onboarding, retention, and long-term growth of publishers
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Marketing to drive adoption and scale
Represent Affinity at industry events, conferences, and networking forums across China
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience working with China-based affiliate networks and publishers (must-have)
Strong, demonstrable understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem in China, including key players, traffic sources, and monetization models
Proven track record of closing large, complex deals and consistently exceeding revenue targets
Strong network within the China digital publishing and affiliate landscape
Deep understanding of digital media fundamentals—ad tech integrations (APIs, JS, SDKs), pricing models, and performance metrics
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to engage and influence C-level audiences
Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce, with a data-driven approach to sales
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure and model deals
Proficiency in Business English
Advanced working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
