2026年4月29日，VATA法律服务团队受邀参访越南ADK Vietnam Lawyers律师事务所，并与该所管理合伙人Le Tien Dat律师、高级顾问Lim Chor Ghee律师进行交流。双方围绕越南外商投资环境、企业并购、绿色转型、可再生能源项目开发及中国企业赴越投资过程中的法律与合规问题进行了深入探讨，并就未来跨境法律服务合作交换了意见。

On April 29, 2026, the VATA Legal Services Team visited ADK Vietnam Lawyers in Vietnam and met with its Managing Partner, Le Tien Dat, and Senior Advisor, Lim Chor Ghee. The two sides exchanged views on Vietnam's foreign investment environment, mergers and acquisitions, green transition, renewable energy projects, and the legal and compliance issues encountered by Chinese enterprises investing in Vietnam, while also discussing opportunities for future cross-border legal service collaboration.

During the meeting, both sides discussed the growing legal service needs arising from Vietnam's efforts to attract high-quality foreign investment, promote green economic development, and advance industrial upgrading. ADK Vietnam Lawyers shared practical experience in mergers and acquisitions, renewable energy projects, real estate development, and foreign investment matters, while also highlighting emerging opportunities and regulatory considerations associated with Vietnam's energy transition and ESG development agenda.


双方还围绕中国企业在越南开展长期经营过程中关注的投资架构设计、项目落地、合规管理及争议预防等问题交换了意见。双方认为，随着越来越多中国企业将越南作为东南亚区域布局的重要节点，市场对于兼具本地监管经验与跨境项目服务能力的法律顾问需求正持续增长。未来，双方有望在跨境投资、企业合规及区域法律服务协同等领域进一步深化交流与合作。


The two sides also exchanged views on investment structuring, project implementation, compliance management, and dispute prevention issues commonly encountered by Chinese enterprises operating in Vietnam. Both sides agreed that as Vietnam continues to serve as an important hub for Chinese enterprises expanding into Southeast Asia, demand is growing for legal advisers capable of combining local regulatory expertise with cross-border project experience. Looking ahead, both sides expect to further strengthen communication and cooperation in areas such as cross-border investment, corporate compliance, and regional legal service collaboration.

当前，越南正持续推进绿色增长战略，并积极吸引新能源、高端制造业及科技产业投资。在不断变化的监管环境和商业格局下，建立专业、高效且本地化的法律支持体系已成为企业实现长期发展的重要保障。未来，VATA法律服务团队也将持续深化与越南优秀律师事务所的合作，为中国企业深耕越南及东南亚市场提供更加贴近商业实践的跨境法律服务。
