Adhering to rigorous and meticulous work standards, Hu Xingyu devotes himself fully to the entire tender lifecycle. He has participated end-to-end in four key projects in the Russian region, efficiently completing core tasks including tender pricing, capital estimation and statement compilation. He verifies data item by item and polishes documents repeatedly to guarantee accuracy, standardization and zero errors in all tender submissions. In addition, he proactively collaborated with technical teams to conduct field research for the sodium chlorate project, closely tracking project progress to facilitate its transition to the preliminary engineering design quotation phase, laying a solid foundation for subsequent project implementation. He led the tender preparation for three landmark projects including the Russian EuroChem Sodium Chlorate Project. By efficiently coordinating cross-departmental collaboration, he systematically advanced tender document review, commercial bid drafting and technical scheme optimization, ensuring orderly and effective tender execution.

Customer management and market expansion are vital to broadening the company’s overseas business footprint and building its corporate brand. While advancing tender work, Hu took charge of overseas customer relationship management. He focused on refined customer resource administration by sorting customer categories, designing exclusive visit plans for major clients and standardizing the entry of customer information into ledgers. His standardized, refined workflows streamlined customer management, earning repeated recognition and praise from supervisors.

In daily work, he voluntarily undertakes reception for key domestic and overseas clients and assists in organizing various industry exchange events. With sincere, rigorous service attitudes and professional, efficient communication skills, he maintains precise alignment with core industry partners such as Chinalco International, establishing smooth and efficient communication channels. Guided by market demands, he summarizes experience and optimizes working methods after every client engagement, steadily strengthening market service capacity, boosting the company’s reputation and industrial influence in overseas markets, and laying a solid foundation for further overseas business expansion through consistent pragmatic efforts.

After being posted to work in Central Asia, Hu Xingyu quickly adapted to local working environments and tailored his work to regional development realities. Addressing the scattered distribution of regional resources in Central Asia, he spearheaded the development of a comprehensive "Five Databases & One Price System" covering government authorities, clients, suppliers and other stakeholders. This system systematically integrated high-quality local subcontractor and supplier resources, substantially lifting regional operational efficiency and market competitiveness.

He actively liaised with multiple sister subsidiaries to jointly advance coordinated tender quotation for multiple projects. Working side by side with commercial teams from all parties, he conducted on-site project surveys and research on local labor, material and machinery resources, enabling resource sharing and joint problem-solving to forge a powerful synergy for coordinated overseas business growth. In terms of localized operation development, he supported his team in establishing a localized operation framework, compiling detailed and reliable reference materials to support standardized, regular compliant operations for local offices.
