At the competition site, the participating teams closely followed the core of overseas EPC project management and control, focused on the core sectors such as lean management and control of construction period resources, full-chain business efficiency, overseas safety and environmental protection management, international logistics supply chain guarantee, foreign-related fiscal and tax compliance, and EPC integrated construction, and displayed the professional, refined and standardized overseas project management and control system and actual achievements of Overseas Engineering Division in a clear and focused manner. In the question-and-answer session, faced with the professional questions such as cost balance and material resource allocation raised by the review team, the team members relied on the front-line overseas experience to answer calmly and accurately. The answers were in line with the real situation, the data were detailed and the logic was rigorous, which fully demonstrated their solid professional foundation and rich accumulation of overseas project management and control, and won high recognition from the review experts.

Behind the outstanding achievements are the refined preparations and the coordinated efforts of all staff. The preparation for this competition is divided into two stages: overall planning and sorting in the initial stage and polishing and quality improvement in the later stage. At the beginning of the competition, the Overseas Engineering Division responded quickly, held a project competition planning kick-off meeting, gathered the strength of project management, budget, market, safety, materials, finance and EP center, and formed a special preparation team. All departments worked together to systematically collect front-line practical data, sort out the key points of management and control of various specialties, and quickly build a complete project planning framework. In the late stage of preparation for the competition, the team strictly benchmarked the evaluation standards of the competition, polished the contents of the scheme verbatim, optimized the logical structure, and refined the highlights of innovation through multiple rounds of special seminars, cross-checking and mock defense, so as to continuously improve the implementation, innovation and popularizability of the planning scheme, and finally formed a set of high-quality planning results with complete system, suitable for overseas working conditions and outstanding highlights.
