继上海站之后，道夫子食品国际公司再次出发，于12月12日在耶鲁北京中心成功举办了中国新生代好食品创业汇北京站。本次盛会共有来自全国各地的45位创业者踊跃参与，现场观众嘉宾共计121人，北京林业大学的志愿者团队为此次活动提供了服务。道夫子在创业汇北京站上宣布，计划于2020年上半年设立中国新生代好食品孵化器，作为创业汇的深度延伸，在3年的时间里争取在面向中国市场的替代性蛋白质产品领域投资和孵化30家创业公司。
In August of 2019, Dao Foods International launched its year-long, multi-city Next-Gen Good Food Bootcamp initiative first in Shanghai, followed by Beijing, Shenzhen, and Chengdu, with the objective of more effectively catalyzing sustainable plant-based protein food entrepreneurship in China.
In collaboration with New Crop Capital of Unovis Partners (early investor in Beyond Meat and 30+ other alternative protein ventures) and with support from a few Chinese investors interested in opportunities in this space, Dao Foods International successfully held China's first Next-Gen Good Food Bootcamp in Shanghai on August 29 and 30, 2019, where approximately 50 entrepreneurs and 30 investors attended.
After Shanghai, Dao Foods International successfully hosted our 2nd Next-Gen Good Food Bootcamp at Yale Center Beijing on December 12, 2019. The Beijing Bootcamp attracted over 120 participants from all over the country, of which 45 were entrepreneurs. A student team from Beijing Forestry University provided support to the Beijing Bootcamp, where Dao Foods announced its plan to launch a Next-Gen Good Food Incubator in China in the first half of 2020 to take things to the next level on the basis of the Bootcamp, with the goal of investing in and incubating approximately 30 China-focused alternative protein ventures within 3 years.
