So, here are few exercises you can do to build your ABS

Reverse crunches

We usually do sit ups because of the limitations of the movement, but it is difficult to exercise the lower half of our rectus abdominis by sit ups, on the other hand and reverse crunches can stimulate the lower half of the rectus abdominis( ABS) than conventional simple crunch. Rep of 8~16 and 3 sets.

Cable Crunch

Separate your legs and lower your back keeping balance and centre of gravity lower. Now pull the rope downward using the power of your ABS. While you pull down the rope inhale and while you slowly return to starting position exhale. Depending upon your weight do 10-20 reps of 2-3 sets.

Abdominal roll out

Or you can directly use abdominal Roller . For starters bend down on your knees and hold the roller and tighten up your abdominal muscles and roll the roller forward stretching your ABS. And keep your muscles stretched. To avoid injury don't relax ABS. Repeat these again and again.

Barbell climbing

This  movement can exercise most of the buddy muscles, especially it tests your arm and abdominal muscle greatly. Keep the body muscles stretched and keep doing the exercise. Keep the back straight especially to avoid spinal injury, climb from the bottom to top and back to the bottom. Rep of 8~12 , set of 1~2.

Mountain climber


This movement have very obvious and strong stimulation on your ABS. hold out your arms and feet as if you're climbing mountain. The position can be adjusted according to the frequency of the kick. Beginners can place arm perpendicular to the ground, it will strengthen the training, but do not bend your back, must keep your back straight. Do this until exhausted, 1~2 reps.
