1. 有压力,思想就无法集中,什么事情都做得不太理想。
找个户外的环境,一个人坐着,然后深呼吸九下,让肺的空气尽可能的换上新鲜的空气,大脑也会清醒很多。或者找个解压玩具,橡皮搽也行,使劲的出气,等出完这口气,自然心里就舒服了。

2. 总觉得每天没什么动力,很疲倦。
