The second is that there are more flights.Restrictions on the number of flights, routes and load factors have been lifted, and international flights are now growing steadily.In terms of roads and waterways, more ports are being opened in an orderly way.
Third, centralized quarantine has been abolished.As long as the health declaration is normal and there is no problem with the routine quarantine of the customs, they can be directly released into the community. If the declaration is abnormal or there are symptoms such as fever, the customs will carry out antigen testing. If the test is positive, they will require home or residential isolation or medical treatment.This is also for the health of passengers, epidemic prevention and control needs.
National Immigration Administration:
In order to smoothly and orderly manage the immigration and entry administration after the COVID-19 infection, the National Immigration Administration has timely resumed the processing and approval of foreigners' applications for the extension, renewal and reissuance of ordinary visas, the issuance, renewal and reissuance of stay permits, and the issuance, extension, replacement and reissuance of residence permits, if the applicants have urgent needs.It can be handled through urgent procedures;Resumption of port visa issuance and 24/72/144-hour transit visa-free policy.
After China released the overall plan for "Class B and B management" of COVID-19 infection and interim measures to optimize travel between China and foreign countries, a small number of countries have firmly opposed and taken reciprocal measures against excessive and discriminatory restrictions on entry of Chinese citizens. The National Immigration Administration has suspended the issuance of port visas and the 72/144-hour transit visa exemption for South Korean and Japanese nationals since January 11. Countries' measures should be scientific and appropriate, without discriminatory practices, and should not affect the normal flow of international personnel and exchanges and cooperation.
