一、差旅预订｜中英文对应（高频刚需）

✅ 机票/酒店预订

Could you please book a round-trip flight from Beijing to Shanghai on Oct 10th? And reserve a business hotel near the conference venue.

（麻烦订一张10月10日北京到上海的往返机票，再预订一间会议场地附近的商务酒店）

✅ 变更/取消预订

I need to reschedule my flight to next Monday, and cancel the hotel reservation for Oct 9th.

（我需要将机票改到下周一，并取消10月9日的酒店预订）

二、机场/出行｜英文应急（避免尴尬）

✅ 值机/托运行李

I’d like to check in for my flight to Shanghai, and check this suitcase.

（我要办理飞往上海的登机手续，同时托运这个行李箱）

✅ 询问登机口/延误

Excuse me, could you tell me where the boarding gate for flight CA1234 is? Is there any delay?

（您好，请问CA1234航班的登机口在哪里？航班有延误吗？）

✅ 机场接送

Could you arrange a pick-up at the airport? My flight arrives at 3 PM.

（麻烦安排一下机场接送，我的航班下午3点抵达）

三、差旅沟通｜高频短语（职场得体）

✅ 告知行程

I’m on a business trip to Shanghai from Oct 10th to 12th. I’ll be reachable via WeChat or email.

（我10月10日-12日去上海出差，微信或邮件均可联系我）

✅ 会议衔接（差旅中）

I’m on my way to the conference venue, and I’ll be there in 15 minutes.

（我正在前往会议场地的路上，15分钟后到）
