全球青年商业节点计划（Global Youth Commerce Node Initiative，简称GYCN），由GOPC探索提出，面向全球青年实践者，关注青年如何将跨文化表达、项目行动、社群影响力和早期信任，进一步转化为真实的全球合作、市场验证和长期参与。
后续，GYCN相关进展、合作信息与试点动态，将陆续通过新出海2035计划官方公众号发布。

GYCN是什么
GYCN关注的不是泛泛意义上的青年活动、培训或创业孵化，而是识别具备真实能力、跨文化基础和行动潜力的青年实践者，并推动他们进一步连接导师、机构、企业、产业伙伴和真实市场场景。
更准确地说，GYCN不是一个培训项目，也不是普通青年活动，而是面向全球青年实践者的节点识别与合作参与机制。
在GYCN的视角中，越来越多青年已经具备被看见的能力，也正在通过项目、内容、社区行动、创业实践和跨文化协作形成初步信任。
但真正重要的是下一步：
这种信任，如何进入真实商业合作？
这种行动，如何形成全球市场反馈？
这种跨文化能力，如何转化为可持续的全球参与？
这正是GYCN希望持续推动的问题。
实践基础：从信号发现到商业成果
GYCN并不是从一个抽象概念出发。
在此之前，GOPC已经在相关实践中持续观察个体实践者如何通过内容、信任、产业理解和跨境执行进入全球商业。
此前相关实践曾连接和观察3000多位创作者，在海外社媒形成超过12.9亿次累计内容触达。
在进一步观察与筛选中，约450位实践者表现出更强的持续发展潜力；在硬核科技领域，尤其是汽车及新能源汽车全球化方向，也逐步识别出一批具备专业能力、行业资源和执行基础的商业行动者，并在2024—2025年形成了约2亿元人民币的相关跨境销售与商业合作成果。
这一过程呈现出一个重要规律：
曝光、流量、粉丝和互动可以被内容机制与平台机制放大，但真正能够把个人信任、产业能力与持续执行转化为商业成果的实践者，依然稀缺。
因此，GYCN对青年实践者的关注，不只停留在是否被看见，而是进一步观察：
是否能够形成跨文化信任；
是否能够进入真实商业任务；
是否具备持续参与和长期协作的潜力。
GYCN希望将这种信号发现、实践观察和合作连接能力，进一步延伸到全球青年合作场景中。
从首次公开介绍到项目周受邀演讲
GYCN的公开推进，已经完成了两个重要节点。
在第五期Global Link for Youth Actions上，GYCN完成首次公开介绍。中国青年报海外版等相关媒体对此进行了报道。
随后，在2026全球青年发展项目周上海对接会中，GOPC联合创始人、GYCN项目联合发起人谢娇Joyce受邀进行现场英文演讲，面向来自全球的超过200名青年项目代表、导师、投资机构、企业、高校、社会组织和孵化平台介绍GYCN。
世界青年发展论坛及全球青年发展项目周，是面向全球青年发展项目、青年行动者与合作伙伴的重要交流场景。GYCN在这一场景中完成公开介绍和受邀演讲，也进一步推动其进入更具体的伙伴协作与实践落地。

全球文旅与产业合作方向
现阶段，GYCN将优先推进AI+跨境商业方向。
这一方向能够直接连接青年能力、AI应用、多语言沟通、内容生产、市场测试、客户互动和真实跨境任务。
在这一方向中，AI不是抽象工具，也不是单纯课程内容，而是进入真实商业任务的实践支撑。
它可以用于：
市场信号识别；
跨语言表达测试；
跨境需求验证；
内容与客户反馈整理；
初步商业线索生成。
智港领航GlobeHatch将围绕AI+跨境商业方向，为后续试点提供实践支撑，推动青年实践者在真实任务中形成市场反馈、合作信号和可持续参与能力。
从“被看见”走向真实合作
GYCN希望推动的，不只是让更多青年获得关注。
更重要的是，让具备真实能力、跨文化基础和行动潜力的青年实践者，进入真实合作场景，并逐步形成可持续的全球参与能力。
接下来，GYCN将以AI+跨境商业方向为当前优先切入口，推进首批试点伙伴沟通与具体合作探索。

From Visibility to Durable Participation in Global Commerce
GYCN — Global Youth Commerce Node Initiative is an initiative explored by GOPC.
GYCN is designed for youth practitioners around the world. It focuses on how young people can turn cross-cultural capability, project-based action, community influence, and early trust into real cooperation, market validation, and long-term participation in global commerce.
Going forward, updates, partnership information, and pilot progress related to GYCN will be shared through the official WeChat account of NEWGOGLOBAL2035，alongside the official GYCN page on the GOPC website.
What GYCN Is
GYCN is not a general youth activity, training program, or startup incubation project.
It focuses on identifying youth practitioners with real capability, cross-cultural foundations, and practical action potential, and connecting them with mentors, institutions, enterprises, industry partners, and real market scenarios.
More precisely, GYCN is a node identification and cooperation mechanism for youth practitioners around the world.
From GYCN’s perspective, more and more young people already have the ability to become visible. Many are also building early trust through projects, content, community action, entrepreneurial practice, and cross-cultural collaboration.
But the more important question is what comes next:
Can that trust enter real commercial cooperation?
Can that action generate global market feedback?
Can that cross-cultural capability become durable participation in global commerce?
This is the question GYCN aims to keep exploring.
Practice Foundation: From Signal Discovery to Commercial Outcomes
GYCN does not begin from an abstract concept.
Before GYCN, GOPC had already been observing how individual practitioners enter global commerce through content, trust, industrial understanding, and cross-border execution.
In previous related practice, more than 3,000 creators were connected and observed, generating over 1.29 billion cumulative overseas social media reach.
Through further observation and screening, around 450 practitioners showed stronger continuity potential.
In the field of hard technology, especially in the globalization of vehicles and new energy vehicles, a group of commercial actors with professional capability, industry resources, and execution foundations was gradually identified. During 2024–2025, related cross-border sales and commercial cooperation outcomes reached around RMB 200M / approx. US$29M.
This process revealed an important pattern:
Visibility, traffic, followers, and engagement can be amplified by content and platform mechanisms.
But practitioners who can turn personal trust, industrial capability, and continuous execution into real commercial outcomes remain rare.
Therefore, GYCN’s focus on youth practitioners does not stop at whether they can become visible.
It further observes:
Can they build cross-cultural trust?
Can they enter real commercial tasks?
Do they have the potential for continuous participation and long-term collaboration?
GYCN hopes to extend this capability for signal discovery, practice observation, and cooperation connection into global youth cooperation scenarios.
From First Public Introduction to Invited Project Week Speech
GYCN has already completed two important public milestones.
At the fifth Global Link for Youth Actions, GYCN completed its first public introduction. Related media, including China Youth Daily International Edition, reported on the event.
Later, at the 2026 Acceleration Week for Global Youth Development Programs（Shanghai）, Joyce Xie, Co-Founder of GOPC and presenter of GYCN, was invited to deliver an on-site English speech. She introduced GYCN to more than 200 youth project representatives, mentors, investors, enterprises, universities, social organizations, and incubation platforms from around the world.
The World Youth Development Forum and Acceleration Week for Global Youth Development Programs are important exchange settings for global youth development projects, youth action leaders, and cooperation partners.
GYCN’s public introduction and invited speech in this setting helped move the initiative toward more concrete partner collaboration and practical implementation discussions.
Current Priority Track: AI + Cross-Border Commerce
GYCN is currently exploring three tracks:
AI + Cross-Border Commerce
Deep Tech & Industrial Innovation
Global Travel, Hospitality & Industry Cooperation
At this stage, GYCN will prioritize the AI + Cross-Border Commerce Track.
This track can directly connect youth capability, AI application, multilingual communication, content production, market testing, customer interaction, and real cross-border commercial tasks.
In this track, AI is not an abstract tool or simply course content.
It is practical support for entering real commercial tasks.
It can be used for:
market signal identification;
cross-language expression testing;
cross-border demand validation;
content and customer feedback organization;
early commercial lead generation.
GlobeHatch will provide practical support for the AI + Cross-Border Commerce Track, helping youth practitioners generate market feedback, cooperation signals, and sustainable participation capability through real tasks.
From Visibility to Durable Participation in Global Commerce
What GYCN aims to promote is not simply more attention for young people.
More importantly, it aims to help youth practitioners with real capability, cross-cultural foundations, and practical action potential enter real cooperation scenarios and gradually develop durable participation in global commerce.
Next, GYCN will take the AI + Cross-Border Commerce Track as its current priority entry point and move forward with the first round of pilot partner communication and concrete cooperation exploration.
