在春风拂面、万物复苏的三月，我们迎来了一个特别日子——国际劳动妇女节。在这个充满爱与尊重的节日里，利洁时太仓工厂策划了一场以“做不被定义的自己”为主题的系列活动，让我们一起来看看这场精彩的活动吧！

In March, we celebrated a special day - International Women's Day. On this day filled with love and respect, Reckitt Taicang organized an activity themed " Be yourself without being defined ". Let's take a look at this exciting activity!

活动当天，一场别开生面的盆栽DIY活动吸引了众多参与者。在专业老师的讲解和指导下，大家纷纷拿起工具，挑选心仪的盆栽材料，开始亲手打造属于自己的小天地。在忙碌的工作之余，找到了一份宁静与美好。每一个盆栽都如同一个微缩的世界，寄托着大家的梦想与期待。

At the beginning, Reckitt prepared a unique potted plant DIY for employees. Under the guidance of teacher, everyone picked up the tools, selected their favorite materials and started to build their own little world.

节日当天午餐时间，公司在餐厅开展了主题美食节活动。从正餐到甜品，从素食到海鲜，品类丰富，并有女性特色餐食供应。

During lunchtime, company launched a food festival in the canteen. From meals to desserts, from vegetarian to seafood, there were a wide range of categories, and special meals for women were served.

活动意在倡导员工关注健康，合理搭配饮食，享受健康生活。在这个特别的日子里，大家共同品味美食的魅力，尽情享受美食带来的快乐！

The activity is intended to advocate employees to pay attention to health, rationally match the diet, and enjoy a healthy life. On this special day, everyone savored the charm of food and enjoyed the happiness brought by food!

午餐之后即是员工大会。会上，利洁时太仓工厂总经理Johnny Teng总结了上季度的工作成果，并展望了2024年上半年的工作计划，会议对过去一季度表现突出的团队和个人进行了表彰，他们在各自的领域内取得的优异成绩，为公司的发展贡献了不可小觑的力量。让我们携手共进，为更加美好的未来而努力拼搏！

After canteen food festival, company also held the Townhall meeting. Johnny Teng, Reckitt Factory Director, Taicang, summarised the results of the last quarter and looked forward to the work plan for the first half of 2024. The meeting commended the teams and individuals who had outstanding performance in the past quarter, and who had made excellent achievements in their respective fields, contributing to the development of the company in an unimpeachable way. Let's work hand in hand and strive for a better future!
