After we visited Qingyuan Organic Garden, we arrived at the second station of the Traitor Zhou’s Guizhou trip——Chang Shun chicken farm, here we go!
Chang Shun chicken farm was also a little bit far from the city center, but there was no dust, no vehicles, no noise and no rush. Embraced with fresh air and greenery, it was a paradise not only for the chickens, but for us too! And of course the chickens here were free to roam whereever they desired.
We had lunch at the farm, and we definitely did not miss out on the amazing local dishes! Sour and spicy flavors and dishes like black pepper chicken are typical to GuiZhou cuisine, but there were also some intriguing dishes like fresh chicken blood!! That day's lunch was a scene of excitement you couldn't imagine. 
Our Chefs & the farm owners had a long discussion about adapting Guizhou cooking methods and flavors (and using organic free range chickens!) into Traitor Zhou’s products. Hopefully, they will come to a consensus and those organic chicken bagels will be availabe in Traitor Zhou’s soon...
