Ashurst Australia Beijing Representative Office is a representative office of Ashurst Australia (ABN 75 304 286 095) which is a general partnership constituted under the laws of the Australian Capital Territory and is part of the Ashurst Group. Ashurst has a Joint Operation Office (JOO) in China with leading PRC law firm Guantao. Established in 2018, the JOO offers one-stop-shop service to clients combining international expertise with full PRC law capacity, including the issuance of PRC law opinions. Amongst the limited number of JOOs licensed by the PRC authorities, the Ashurst Guantao JOO is the only one with truly national coverage.
