具体而言，“天下事”是聚焦全球新闻资讯——国际财经、国际关系、社会潮流和文化思潮等热点议题的国际社区，用户可以在这里进行意见交流、资讯分享、观点碰撞、投票交互等。
To be specific, "WeWorld" is an international community focusing on global news and information, including hot topics such as international finance, international relations, and social & cultural trends. Users can share information, exchange ideas & opinions, and even create polls to vote on.

As a team member of the building team, you can:
1. 参与凤凰新闻客户端国际内容社区从０到１搭建的全过程。
Participate in building the platform from the scratch.
2. 跟踪国际热点事件，跟团队小伙伴们一起构思有创意的话题，为平台注入独到的看法和见解。
Track global trending events, exchange creative ideas with team members, and bring unique views & insights to the platform.
3. 有机会接触到大量国际时政、财经、社会文化等领域的优质作者、专家名人。
Get access to many quality content creators and experts in international affairs, finance, social culture, etc.
我们希望你：
We expect you to:
1. 持续关注国际新闻热点，对国际事务有一定的长期观察，能对新闻拥有独到的理解。
Continuously pay attention to global trending topics & affairs with a unique understanding.
2. 能从海量的国际新闻中发掘出新鲜话题，与编辑共同设置话题议程。
Discover valuable topics from the vast amount of international news and be able to set the agenda with editors.
3. 在编辑的指导下，对接专家名人等优质作者，协助完成内容创作、账号建设与内容发布。
Connect with quality content creators and experts to assist with account building, content creation and content publishing under the guidance of editors.
4. 国际关系、新闻、外语（英语、日语、韩语、俄语）专业，有外语特长或留学经历优先。
Major in International Relations, Journalism; expertise in foreign languages such as English, Japanese, Korean, and Russian; experience of studying abroad.
5. 本科、硕士在读，工作日至少每周坐班3天，实习时长至少3个月。
Undergraduate or Master's degree students; working at least three days a week with at least three months of internship period.
