[NEWS] Meituan Delivery Guy Saves Life

This is one of those stories that restored our faith in humanity. On Weibo the stories of accident scammers are all too common. Too often are good samaritans accused of causing the accident instead of coming to help. This has caused people to be extremely hesitant when it comes to helping strangers. 

On December 26th a Meituan food delivery man restores our faith in humanity. In Tai’an, a city in Shandong province, a Meituan delivery guy can be seen on the video dragging a staff member outside, as well as five gas tanks. 

The incident happened around 9:19am. When Meituan delivery man Sheng Wenfei arrived at the restaurant he smelt gas and found the restaurant staff lying unconscious on the ground. 

Meituan took to Weibo to praise their brave delivery man on December 29th and awarded him with an appreciation banner along with 1,000RMB for his bravery.
