Job Description

Responsible for completing sales targets and other sales metrics.

Identify and develop sales opportunities and achieve sales of Coppern crushers in defined areas or within customer boundaries.

Complete the sales plan of the specified region or customer, draft the tender documents and realize the bidding.

Regularly provide the company with business activities, development opportunities and overall customer satisfaction reports.

Qualifications

More than 3 years of sales experience in mining and quarrying industry, import brand crusher or import brand excavator, drilling rig and other related products sales experience is preferred.

Bachelor's degree, driver's license, good English is preferred, and good sales communication skills can be appropriately relaxed.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to maintain close contact with clients and colleagues.

Adapt to frequent travel, the ability to develop and cover the largest customer area.

Plan

Develop a regional annual sales plan in accordance with the regional strategy of the crusher;

Follow up on all crusher projects in China;

Submit monthly customer visits and lead development plans.

Sales

Responsible for regional lead development, key account management and maintenance of sales channels. With the cooperation of the sales support team, we propose product solutions to customers and negotiate projects with customers. 

Final Contract

Update monthly project and competitor action reports;

Continuous learning and familiarity with Coppern Mining Machines' products related to aggregates;

Maintain close contact with the contract execution and service departments to ensure that the delivery and maintenance of equipment meets customer requirements and successfully perform contracts. 

Market Development

Develop new customers in  China and maintain good relationships with all customers;

Arrange contact between key potential customers and coppern mining machine management in China;

Update market information related to crushers;

Organize regional marketing events for the development crusher industry together with the Coppern Marketing team.

Qualifications

Major in mechanical engineering or mineral processing with a background in international trade preferred.

More than five years of experience in sales of machinery and equipment.

Good sales skills, proactive, good at communication and good negotiation skills.

Proficient in Windows, office and other software.

Teamwork

Proficient in Windows, office and other software.

Proficiency in spoken and written English.

The ability to learn quickly in the mechanical and aggregate processing profession.

Good report presentation skills, able to adapt to frequent business trips.
