QT

Shanghai Nights KTV, Friday 20 November

QT came to fame off the back of her song ‘Hey QT’ that was produced by PC Music’s AG Cook and Sophie. She'll perform at the exclusive ART021 afterparty at art collector Qiao Zhibing's Shanghai Knights KTV Nightclub on Friday 20 November, an event that is invite only.

Luckily for you, we have 10 invites to give away in our exclusive competition. Go grab on our website.

Classical Music

Chen Sa and the Dragon Quartet

Shanghai Oriental Arts Centre, Saturday 21 November

Violinist Ning Feng co-founded the Dragon Quartet with cellist Qin Liwei because he wanted to show other musicians the value of chamber music - after all, if star soloists were doing in, maybe everyone should. Now he teams up with superstar pianist Chen Sa for a piano quartet programme (piano, violin, cello and viola). The programme includes Mahler's Piano Quartet, Zelenski's Piano Quartet in C Minor, and Brahms' Piano Quartet in G Minor. Will be an outstanding show.

Watch this dark crime comedy set in China’s western Ningxia province clinched the Golden Horse for best director. Long delayed from Mainland cinemas by a drug scandal, it now hits the screens.

Neon Indian

Qianshuiwan Creative Arts Centre, Friday 20 November

Excellent electronic artist Alan Palomo, better known under his recording moniker Neon Indian, makes his first visit to Shanghai thanks to locally-based promoters Split Works. Shanghai-based producer Damacha provides support.
