It's not easy to describe exactly what goes on at Jump 360 - is it a trampoline park? A bouncy obstacle adventure? An injury trap? Whatever you want to call it, it's serious fun, and a day spent here will have you wondering why you stopped going to this kind of place when you were 12.
The massive 5,550 sqm indoor space, the second property owned by Jump 360 after their existing Minhang branch, is full of dozens of trampolines, foam pits and obstacle courses, and at first sight can’t help but get you excited.
‘This sounds like something for kids’ might be the gut reaction to something like this, but you’d be wrong to assume so. There is a child-friendly area, but much of the space is geared towards adults, with two obstacle courses (the Ninja Course and the Warrior Course) as well as a Parkour Zone if you’re into free-running. And if you go all in, it’s physically challenging too (don’t be surprised if you’re aching for a couple of days afterwards).

If you’re not physically cut out for the above, there’s still plenty of fun to be had, whether it’s bouncing up to basketball hoops and slam-dunking to your heart’s content or simply hurling yourself into the giant foam pit pretending you’re in the latest Ip man movie. If all this still hasn’t tired you out, the bubble football ought to do the trick - it’s also included in the entry price.

You can’t help but be impressed by the scale of Jump 360, as well as by the variety of activities inside. Be warned that flying around on trampolines does come with a risk of injury (hence the mandatory safety video, plus lengthy waiver we have to sign before entering). But provided you don’t leave here with a sprained ankle you’re almost certain to leave with a spring in your step.
Jump 360 is at Elite Valley, 258 Chang Jiang Lu, near Jungong Lu, Baoshan district. Pricing: 150RMB per hour, 98RMB per hour if you follow their WeChat. If you buy two hours, the third is free, and there are group/party packages too.
