The Prodigy may not make their headline performance at Stawberry Festival tonight as their journey from Beijing to Shanghai today has been severely delayed due to bad weather.
As of 3pm the band were still stuck in Beijing, as we learnt from this post on their Weibo:
At 4pm today Strawberry Festival organisers Modern Sky posted an update on their WeChat account saying they hoped the performace would go ahead tonight, but it may be later than originally scheduled. The whole thing seems a bit up in the air, though The Prodigy themselves aren't it appears, which is obviously a problem.
Modern Sky have suggested following their WeChat account for updates (modernsky19971227), as well as keeping an eye on The Prodigy's Weibo page. We'll also post updates on our Facebook page when we have more information.
