Festival organisers Modern Sky have finally made an announcement (if not a particularly detailed one) about MYTH, next month's new addition to Shanghai's spree of May music festivals.
The electronic music fest will host a pair of international headliners: American producer and one half of Major Lazer Diplo, who won a Grammy for his work on Justin Bieber's 'Where are Ü now'; and Canadian duo DVBBS (pronounced 'dubs') - you might recognise their hit 'Tsunami', which you've almost definitely heard if you've gone clubbing on The Bund at some point in the past two years.
Elsewhere, organisers have also announced a couple of China-based acts: Carta, signed to Spinnin' Records, and Dexter King. Many more acts are expected to be announced in the run-up to the festival, which is on the same site as Strawberry Festival two weeks before.
Modern Sky are hyping up the stage design at MYTH, the concept for it dubbed 'The Sixth Element', which will be handled by Daniel Alexander Oomen who has produced some spectacular visuals for Tomorrowland and Sensation over the years.
The festival takes place at the Shanghai Expo park on May 14-15. Early bird 2-day tickets 520RMB, Presale 1-day 340RMB, Presale 2-day 620RMB. Tickets are on sale via the Damai website.
