Trend or no trend, we can't get enough of açai smoothies. Bowl'd, tucked in a courtyard off of Anfu Lu, is serving up these ultra-hip (but seriously delicious) superberry bowls. The petite shop offers four choices, plus the option to customise as you fancy. Here's the lowdown on what they've got.

Fancy Berry
The Fancy Berry is an açaí smoothie blend with six berries – strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, cranberry and blackcurrant – plus banana and coconut water. Toppings include fresh raspberries, strawberries and blueberries along with housemade granola, chia seeds, wheat germ and shaved coconut along with a dash of agave syrup.

Waikiki Hottie
A simple blend of açaí with banana, coconut and coconut water, the Waikiki Hottie is loaded up with fresh pineapple slices, blueberries, passionfruit, mango and housemade granola. A sprinkling of bee pollen and shredded coconut tops it off.

Go Nuts
This açaí bowl is blended with banana, cocoa powder, dark chocolate and housemade almond milk. On top, you'll dig into blueberries and sliced banana, with a healthy serving of chopped cashews, sliced almond and sunflower seeds.

The Hulk
This burly monster of a smoothie is packed with açaí, spinach, avocado, banana, hemp protein and housemade almond milk. Sliced banana and kiwi, dried cranberries, and housemade granola garnish the top along with a shower of pumpkin seeds, hemps seeds and shaved coconut.
Hot tip: Don’t expect to sit inside, even if Bowl'd does smell like a delicious rainforest – it’s a cacophony of blenders and juicers. Instead, grab your bowls to go and head to the terrace out front.
Bowl'd is at 255 Anfu Lu, near Wukang Lu, Xuhui district. See full details below.
