Bartender Leno has been in this business for more than ten years and developed 21 recipes for JR. Five of them are customized cocktails combined with Jing Republic’s special products. Barry Lee, founder of JR Recipe who once servedas the deputy administrative chef of Jean George at Michelle, a three-star restaurant in New York, will select the freshest materials to bring simple yet delicate American cuisines.
