Andy Warhol: Shadows
Opens Saturday 29, Yuz Museum, 80RMB
Along with a whole host of other great art exhibitions you have to see right now, this week works from pop-art master Andy Warhol arrive in Shanghai in what is sure to be one of the biggest art events of the year. Valued as the most mysterious set of works from the 20th century art legend, this is a show you simply can't miss.

INTRO Festival
Saturday 29, Expo Garden Park, 280-480RMB
The Beijing-born electronic music festival makes its Shanghai debut with headliners including Germany's DJ Koze and Detroit techno pioneer Kevin Saunderson, plus a strong roster of international and local talent across two stages including Bicep, Lawrence, Markus Nasty + MC Dizzle K, Hodge, Desto, plus SVBKVLT crew members Osheyack, Swimful, Kilo Vee and Howell.
Elsewhere, this weekend is the adopted partying slot for Halloween (which falls next Monday), and it's fair to say Shanghai doesn't lack for options to get your freak on. You can see the rundown of Shanghai's best Halloween parties on our homepage.

Woodstock of Eating
Friday 28-Sunday 30, The Bund, 25RMB
The globally-minded food festival comes to Shanghai for the first time this weekend, bringing together street food vendors, craftspeople, designers and music with a theme of 'refined streetfood and culture jam.' You can get tickets on Time Out Tickets or enter our competition online to win them for free.

Halloween Tribute Show 2016
Saturday 29, Yuyintang, 50RMB
Although the real Daft Punk won't be playing, Yuyintang's infamous annual Halloween event sees locally-based bands interpret classics from their heroes. This year's line-up will see members of Life Line, Jackanapes, Spill Your Guts and Hogchoker covering (in full costume) Daft Punk, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Clash and Turbonegro. Elsewhere this week there's electronica duo The KVB playing at QSW on Friday if you fancy some dream-pop.

Get your Halloween costume
We're giving you fair warning - if you didn't already know, it's Halloween this weekend (kinda) so you haven't got long to find the perfect costume. Luckily, Taobao has got you covered from classic banana suits to truly terrifying Donald Trump masks (find that online), or if you'd rather try before you buy you can check out Shanghai's best costume shops in today's bulletin. Plus we have a guide to spooking up your Halloween with some freaky make-up (just in case that Trump mask sells out) - you can find that on our homepage.

RideNow Halloween Mobike Crit
Saturday 29, The Hub, 100RMB
This is a thing and it's actually happening. First of all, 'crit' means race and this one has to be ridden in Halloween attire. Join up to 150 other cyclists as they hop on a conveniently-coloured orange-and-silver Mobike for what's bound to be a rather silly race. If it wasn't already obvious you don't need to be a pro cyclist for this event - it's an easy route, and anyone can just join in and have fun. The only way you can sign up is by dropping RideNow's founder Ken Goh a message on Wechat (dfakengoh).
