HEALTHY LIVING
Life in Shanghai revolves around weekend brunch. There's big blowouts like the Westin. There's wildly extravagant affairs like the Waldorf - Astoria. And then there are the brunches you love to go back to week after week. That's the kind of brunch we serve at Thought For Food.

Every weekend Chef Alexander Bitterling whips up a new menu that uses the very best seasonal ingredients for a brunch that is truly gourmet, natural and organic. Enjoy a number of main courses plus dessert and get full access to our amazing salad bar, all for just RMB 188/ 268 (depending whether you take one or two of our main courses).

Interesting Discovery includes three mini-classes conducted in English and Chinese simultaneously: Science , Drama , Art & Crafts. The classroom is divided into three different sections accordingly. Within each section, one teacher will guide five children in exploring the focused area. Children can choose to attend three mini-classes in any order that they prefer.
Science
In this class the children are encouraged to explore and discover their curiosities through participation and experimentation. The goal is also to teach children to cultivate patience and perseverance when faced with uncertainty, and to think rationally through scientific experimentation. During this process, a child will increase self-confidence and expression capacity, through practicing communication of his/her ideas with others. Through this exercise, the children will be better prepared to navigate through the increasingly complicated and uncertain world of the future.
Drama
This is a highly interactive class: through cultivating the children’s abilities in appreciating arts, the class will also enhance their listening and comprehension skills, and help develop a love of language that will impact later their communication skills.
Art & Crafts
This hands-on class holds special attraction to the young hearts. Through boosting creativity and imagination, the class is aimed at bringing together practical and theoretical skills in a child for him/her to develop them later into various problem-solving skills.
