When it comes to electronic music dance beach bash, the first thought of all the electronic music fanatics in the world is the Spanish island of Ibiza. Ibiza itself is the meaning of dancing + music. The waves, beach and the relaxing atmosphere of dancing all night long attract many electronic music pilgrims and icons to go there. On September 9 to 11, the wonderful "East Sea Music Festival" on Zhoushan Islands can give you the pleasure of  electronic music just like Ibiza, without going abroad .

Whether trance, house, hip-hop, jungle or reggae, popular DJs from all over the world will put on their passion for music on the "cloud stage" in the East Sea Music Festival. For these three nights, the air will be filled with the passion of freedom: British IDM hard core DJ Clark, vibrant techno band Slam, German heavyweight producer/DJ Boris, Luxembourg-based pianist/electronic music producer Francesco Tristano, famous DJ Zhang and 20 other groups. Get ready for an adrenaline rush!

DJ Clark（英国）

Chris Clark refuses to conform. The Warp Records mainstay has coloured outside the lines throughout his illustrious career. His performances have evolved in depth and breadth since. Encompassing swirls of psychedelia, fire-and-brimstone techno, and all manner of explosive experimentation, Clark's live sets are crowd-pleasing affairs that have brought him around the world, appearing at Boiler Room x Bloc, Boiler Room in Berlin and Pitchfork.

DJ Slam（英国）

Stuart McMillan and Orde Meikle, of Glaswegian techno duo Slam, seem to calmly work on overdrive at all times. They’ve been making textured, slow-burning ambient electronic music together for decades, cropping up on Glasgow’s club scene inthe early 90s and refusing to budge ever since. Oh, and they’re also responsible for breaking Daft Punk: their label, Soma Records, released the Parisian duo’s first EP when Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel deHomem-Christo were just teenagers. But we’ll get to that later.

Right now, McMillan and Meikle are knee-deep in promoting their new album, Reverse Proceed - their first release inthe seven years since Human Response. Although fans of their brand of measured techno will recognise Slam’s signature touches, they might not pick up on the challenging recording technique the DJs tackled to make the album.

DJ Boris（德国）

Boris, German techno specialist at the controls today, a 20+-year veteran from Ostgut Ton, resident at the legendary Berghain & Panorama Bar in Berlin for over 11 years. He is kind of a charismatic, multifunctional weapon in the Berlin club life. He's been known to rinse out post-punk and kraut rock to switch things up.

Francesco Tristano（卢森堡）

Francesco Tristano is an artist of many talents: pianist, composer, DJ, techno and jazz musician who combines eras, genres and styles in his music.  Francesco teamed up with Detroit's own Carl Craig for a remix of 'The melody', and subsequently project Versus as well as the legendary Innerzone Orchestra .

Zhang Youdai（中国）

Zhang Youdai is being seen as the front rider in DJ culture in China，introducing new music and a new lifestyle to hundreds of millions Chinese young people. As a senior practitioner in the filed he has a huge influence and impact on a whole generation of music listeners and musicians. He is also the first Rave Party promoter who has been helping bring a large number of big western DJs to China and Chinese DJs to western countries.

Moreover, the beautiful landscape makes East Sea Music Festival a perfect respite from the hustle and bustle of the city.
