Not yet had a chance to experience the wonder (and queues) of Shanghai Disneyland? Well now is the perfect time for you to grab your Mickey ears and explore the magical kingdom. From tomorrow (September 1), weekday tickets to Shanghai Disneyland are dropping in price from 499RMB to 370RMB. That's over 100 kuai cheaper folks.
Bear in mind that it's only Monday to Friday tickets that are being brought down - a weekend adult ticket is still going to set you back the full 499RMB.
Shanghai Disney also announced that from September 9 all Disney-themed products from stationary to lunch boxes will be 20 percent off for a limited time. And if you happen to spend more than 200RMB on a single purchase, you can grab a 'Disney bag' for just 50RMB extra.
And best of all, those dreaded lines aren't quite as horrifying as they were in the opening weeks - popular rides' queuing times are reported to be between half an hour and an hour shorter than they were during the opening period. Still, come prepared for some sizeable queues.
