Diego Guerrero graduated with honors at the Escuela de Zabalburu in Bilbao (Basque Country, Spain), with three Michelin stars in his career, the last one obtained in his new and personal project “DSTAgE”. Additionally, he has participated as guest chef in countless congresses and international forums, collaborated with NGO’s and charity events, and provided gastronomic advice to The Madrid Westin Palace Hotel events division.
