The event will include an extravagant, free dinner for all atendees, an ethnic dancing competition in which the champions will win an all expensive paid trip to Hainan, a stand featuring food and local produce for you to sample for free from the Hainan province, and live performances by artists from Hainan, all sponsored by the Hainan Tourism Development Commission.

Representatives of the Hainan Tourism Development Commission, members of various Chambers of Commerce, staff members from various Consulates, as well as local entrepreneurs will be in attendance, with networking sessions open to all attendees.
