

Masterpieces from the Centre Pompidou

Along with a whole host of other great art exhibitions on at the moment, this week the world-renowned Parisian contemporary art museum the Centre Pompidou presents their long-awaited exhibition, bringing works from some of the biggest names in modern art history including Picasso and Matisse. Elsewhere, Wooozy Offline returns to the Yongfu Lu club with Jamaican dancehall-rooted Palmistry (playing an intimate live set) meeting club anthem master Endgame for a night of essential, pulsing goodness on Friday night.

JZ Festival 2016

Autumn may be here but there's just enough time to squeeze in one more festival before we all move into hibernation. This weekend JZ Festival returns to the Expo Garden Park for two days of live music, with British RnB singer-songwriter Corinne Bailey Rae headlining along with Grammy Award-winning trumpeter and flügelhornist Randy Becker. On the electronic side, Death in Vegas will be performing a tantilising live set.

2016 Shanghai Rolex Masters
Sunday 9 - Sunday 16, Shanghai Qizhong Tennis Centre, 160RMB-3,000RMB
With tennis giants Djokovic, Murray and Nadal all confirmed (although sadly, no Federer, cry cry...) the world's biggest tennis stars are descending on the magnificent Qizhong Tennis Centre for a week fighting it out at the only ATP Tennis tournament staged outside of North America and Europe. In addition to the star-studded line-up on centre court, the big names will be scheduled to interact with fans at the Union Pay Pavilion court, enabling you to get up close with the players.
