Christmas may be over but that doesn't mean seasonal festivity has to follow suit. Keep the holiday spirit alive while you sip on one of these delicious Christmassy bevvies available this winter.

Hot Mojito, Revolucion100RMB

Brewed in a glass syphon coffee maker, this cocktail club’s ‘hot mojito’ is actually an ultra-fresh take on hot apple cider – spiked with Havana Club 3 Year Old and infused with fresh mint, orange and berries. Meant for sharing between two to three people (but you won’t want to).

98 Yanping Lu, near Xinzha Lu, Jingan district.

Hazelnut Buttered Rum, Heyday, 80RMB

Bartender Colin Tait’s version of this winter classic keeps the Christmas spirit alive to the season’s end. Rich, nutty and full of holiday spices, it’s sweetened with osmanthus honey and topped with a thick hazelnut cream.

50 Taian Lu, near Xingguo Lu, Xuhui district.

Candy Pineapple Mulled White Wine, Union Trading Company, 80RMB

If you can’t make it for a beach holiday on Ko Samui this month, get your tropical fix with this light, fruity mulled sauv blanc with pear eau de vie, candied pineapple, honey, anise and ginger. For the more conventional of you boozers, mulled red wine will be on rotation.

Bldg 2, 64 Fenyang Lu, near Fuxing Zhong Lu, entrance on Fuxing Zhong Lu, Xuhui district.

Hot B&B, E.P.I.C., 98RMB

You’re not going to be walking straight after this one. Cross Yu has mixed up a thick, indulgent and head-spinning concoction of Cognac Park VS, Smith & Cross Jamaican rum, straight bourbon, coffee-infused sweet vermouth, royal chocolate liqueur, heavy cream and egg white for texture. Garnished with shaved nutmeg, orange, cinnamon bark and a sprig of rosemary.

17 Gaoyou Lu, near Fuxing Xi Lu, Xuhui district.

Health Otaku, El Ocho, 98RMB

Trying to keep it healthy? This delightfully sweet and sour play on a hot toddy serves up a yuzu tea, based on a camomile-rooibos blend (antioxidants, yo!), and mixed with house-made lime cordial. Oh, and there’s a generous pour of black rum, but you’re allowed a cheat day…

Third Floor, 99 Taixing Lu, near Wujiang Lu, Jingan district.
