Beef & Liberty
Every Monday from 3pm until close Nanjing Xi Lu's Beef & Liberty put on buy-one-get-one free burgers.Options range from the fantastic bacon cheese (92RMB; beef with cheddar cheese and smoked bacon) and black pepper hamburger (89RMB; beef, crushed peppercorns, rocket, cheddar cheese, barbecue sauce), to the jalapeno burger pictured above.

CU2+
Situated next to and owned by the team behind casual French bistro, Cuivre, CU2+ runs a 'Get fat and drunk' deal every Monday. If that sounds appealing at the start of the work week, you can get a burger, portion of fries and draft beer/soft drink/cocktail for 88RMB. Given their bartender is formerly of M1NT and 10 Corso Como, the drinks are none too shabby, likewise the burgers.

Blue Frog
Reliable chain Blue Frog have one of the more extensive burger menus in the city, but it’s the ridiculously tall Montana that we always find ourselves ordering. Buy one drink from 4-8pm and you can get a free refill as well as their burger buy-one-get-one-free deal starting from 78-118RMB (charge the pricier one).

Fat Cow
A 2014 addition to Hongmei Lu's 'Lao Wai Jie', Fat Cow has made a big impression with its good quality burgers, shakes and chilli caramel fried chicken. They do a straight up BOGOF burger deal from 5-10pm.

The BREW
The Kerry Hotel's superb bar, complete with its own brewery, do buy-one-get-one-free on their BREW beef burgers until 10pm on Mondays. Burgers made with 100% Australian Wagyu beef from Rangers Valley, Australia, matched with crispy bacon, onion, chedder,and mushroom. They also have a 3-8pm happy hour every day featuring BOGOF pints of craft beer. Nice.
