The winter peak of air pollution is upon us. Season's greetings! Whilst we can't do much about the coal-burning up North, what we can do is tell you about the latest must-have mask.
Xiaomi, chief purveyor of high quality and value-for-money goods, have unveiled their first Xiaomi-branded mask, the AirWear. Check out this cool-looking dude on his fixie:

The chic-looking face mask packs a punch too - it's able to filter out pollutants larger than PM 3.0 with more than 98% efficiency using TORAYMICRON ultra-fine polypropylene fibres.
The mask is also ergonomically designed to fit snugly around your nose and chin, which means more air going through the filter rather than sneaking around the sides. Prices start at 69RMB with colour options of grey, black, and red.

Also, the mask happens to be designed by a team of American designers and material engineers – does 'Designed in California, Made in China' sound familiar?
Keep a look out for the official release date for the mask on Xiaomi's website, as the initial shipments are reserved for those who have crowd-funded this product.
