The weather may be terrible, but could free use of Mobike tempt you outside? Just like they did back on February 20 and extending free ride scheme they offered over this past weekend, the folks at Mobike are allowing users of their app to unlock bikes free of charge until Thursday.
Usually costing 1RMB per half-hour (or 0.5RMB for Mobike Lite), if you're already signed up you can enjoy free bike rental until this Thursday 16 March, regardless of how wet it is outside. This offer doesn't wave the 299RMB deposit, so if you don't already use the app and want to sign up for some free rides, you'll have to lay down some cash.
