Celebrate 23rd anniversary of Freedom Day of South Africa on 27th April, 2017 with:

• Over 150 labels of premium South African wines

• Specially crafted South African food by Jean Georges

A group of over 30 South African wineries and importers will tour from Tokyo, Shanghai and Hong Kong, bringing you the most authentic food and wine experience from South Africa. You will have a chance to taste many great bottles, scored high marks by international and local wine experts.

Giant wine groups like Distell, Leopards, Spiers will come along with multiple brands in their portfolio, to showcase their power of consistency and wide range of selection. They have many wines won gold medals and five stars from international critics. 

Meanwhile, over a dozen of boutique and specialist wineries such as Simonsig, Fairview, Avondale, Secateurs, Villiera, Asara will showcase some of the best examples in their own areas. You will taste best Chenin Blanc, the iconic varietal of South Africa, Method Cap Classique, a special sparkling wine only produced in South Africa, and pinotage, syrah, aramone styled red wine and dessert wines. You will be amazed what a wine safari South Africa is and we assure you 1 night is just only the beginning of it.  

Eat Better

Fusion food is the key tone of South Africa due to its unique location in the great sailing era. We proudly asked Jean Georges’ team to craft food using South African ingredients or cocked in South African way. You can try food from JG not only crafted in French or European way but also with Asia and Africa influence. 

Dig those up with your fingers and enjoy a sip of South Africa Wines!

Pop-up Sparkling Bar

A pop-up Method Cap Classique wine bar will be open on site, serving you traditional sparkling wines with South Africa Oysters. Very juicy and authentic!
