Tan Yue is special for its Shanghai cuisines; it brings historical Shanghai taste into the delicacy, and trough varies of cuisines, to express the different feelings of the Shanghai style.

Tan Yue has three restaurants in Shanghai, and all of them are of typical Shanghai style of old days, meanwhile full of its unique urban chic. From the design of menu to the tableware, all of the decorations are full of the images of “bund girl” who is the origin of Eileen Chang, a celebrity of 1930s. In order to make the customers feel the authentic taste of Shanghai cuisine, the restaurant invited a number of master chefs as consultant. They have strictly control the quality of the dishes, and through a creative improvement to provide the customers a feast, classic and perfectly combined with modern style.
